for supportive supervision on how to submit monthly data to the LGA by private health facilities

has undertaken an unscheduled supervisory visit to above mention private hospitals as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen service
delivery,data accuracy ,human resources, and quality of care across Gwale LGA.

2-Auwalu yahuza tsoho
3-Isa lawan yar tofa
4-Suleiman Ibrahim
A data must be recorded in general register and OPD register but a tweak record-keeping by storing in the computer system which was observe during the visit services rendered.
In response to the findings, the team directed immediate collections of data tools address the lapses identified.
This would enable Gwale LGA to capture all data at private health facilities
