STRATEGIC MEETING WITH HON DANIEL AMOS MEMBER REPRESENTING JEMA'A/SANGA CONSTITUENCY.

I and my Colleague Hon David Ali had the privilege of meeting our leader, Hon Dan Amos, Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency. It was a warm and engaging session that underscored his accessibility and genuine commitment to grassroots consultation.

The meeting gave us an opportunity to discuss important and strategic issues regarding the progress and development of our constituency. We reviewed ongoing projects, community needs, and ways to deepen collaboration between the legislature and our federal representative to accelerate impact across Jema’a and Sanga. Hon Dan Amos shared valuable insights and reaffirmed his dedication to inclusive development that reaches every ward.

We also deliberated on matters regarding the forthcoming party election primaries. The discussions were frank and forward-looking, centered on unity, internal democracy, and strengthening our party’s chances through credible and popular candidates. We left the meeting encouraged by Hon Dan Amos’s leadership and more committed to working together for the growth of our constituency and the success of our party.

Today I had the privilege of attending the Unity Football Tournament, Godogodo Chiefdom 2026, held at Zankan Sarki Football Field. The tournament is organized and sponsored by AZBH Sport Arena, Jema’a Local Government Area, Kaduna State.

The match played today was between Jagindi United and Shooting Stars Golkofa.

During the event, I had the opportunity to highlight and discuss the key elements that promote unity, peace, and cooperation among the people of Godogodo Chiefdom. Such initiatives remain vital in strengthening community bonds and fostering harmonious coexistence.

I extend my warmest felicitations to the entire Muslim Ummah—both within our beloved Jema’a Local Government Area and across the globe. Your resilience, devotion, and unwavering faith throughout Ramadan reflect the true essence of Islam—discipline, sacrifice, compassion, and unity.

Hon. Muhammad Sabiu Oshafu the honourable Speaker Jema'a Legislative Council congratulates and fellicitates with his colleague Hon. Armstrong maichibi who doubled as council majority leader and councilor representing kagoma ward on the occasion of his birthday.

It is written that we celebrate with those who are happy and mourn with those who are mourning because there is time to be born and a time to die, and there is time and season for everything on earth, above the earth and beneath the earth.

In the cause of your birthday celebration I hon. HON. Muhammed Sabiu Oshafu, Speaker, Jema'a LG Legislative Council,joined Honourable Peter Tanko Dogara, the Executive Chairman of Jema'a Local Government Area in Kaduna State; Alhaji Ibrahim Aliyu Koli, APC party Chairman of Jema'a LGA; Engineer Joseph Ciroma, APC Stakeholder Chairman of Gwong zone; Alhaji Bashir Idris Lifidin Jama'a, APC Stakeholder Secretary of Jema'a LGA; and other APC stakeholders to welcome the Decampees into the Ruling Progressive Family at Model Primary School Fori Kagoma on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

In his address, HON. Speaker Jema'a LGA , Muhammed Sabiu Oshafu expressed appreciation to the Decamping team led by Honourable Daniel Amos, Member of Jema'a/Sanga Federal Constituency, and Honourable Habila Kusom, Senior Legislative Aide to the Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria, at both the local government and Gwong zone levels, respectively.

He described the moment as a new phase in transforming politics in the zone, where collective decision-making will replace individual actions. He emphasized that working together yields positive results and impacts, while working alone may be faster without impact.

Hon. Muhammed Sabiu Oshafu urged APC members to unite for the interest of the zone and to set aside differences that could cause divisions among them. He acknowledged setbacks caused by individual interests within the zone.

He called for ongoing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani in 2027, stating that such support would bring more progress, achievements, and development to the zone.
