MANASS ONE NATION KADUNA STATE REGUS VISITS NAPTIP FOR STRATEGIC COLLABORATION AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Kaduna State, Nigeria – MANASS One Nation Kaduna State Regus has taken another significant step in its commitment to protecting vulnerable members of society by paying a courtesy visit to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Kaduna State Office, following the agency's acceptance of the organization's letter requesting collaboration.
The meeting, which was held yesterday at the NAPTIP Kaduna State Office, focused on establishing a strong working relationship between both organizations in the fight against human trafficking, child exploitation, gender-based violence, and other related social issues affecting communities.
During the meeting, officials of NAPTIP warmly received the delegation from MANASS One Nation Kaduna State Regus and expressed their readiness to partner with the organization in carrying out public awareness campaigns, community sensitization, advocacy programmes, and the protection of vulnerable children and young people.
NAPTIP also briefed the delegation on some of the agency's ongoing cases involving child trafficking, exploitation, and other forms of abuse. Both parties discussed practical ways of working together to prevent these crimes through public education, timely reporting, and community engagement.
Speaking during the meeting, representatives of MANASS One Nation Kaduna State Regus reaffirmed the organization's commitment to supporting NAPTIP's mandate by mobilizing communities, educating the public, and assisting in creating a safer society where children and vulnerable persons are protected from exploitation.
The meeting ended with a mutual understanding that both organizations will continue to strengthen their partnership through joint programmes, awareness campaigns, and other initiatives aimed at combating human trafficking and promoting the welfare of the people.
