The APC Patriotic Youth Front, a leading youth support organization within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Plateau State, hereby announces a strategic reshuffling of its Executive Council (EXCO). This transition follows the voluntary resignation of the outgoing Chairman, George Lambert, and marks a significant step toward fostering inclusivity within the party.
A STRATEGIC TRANSITION FOR UNITY
The restructuring is a proactive measure to accommodate new members and align the group with the broader 60/40 power-sharing formula between the "Legacy Group" and the "Governor’s Group" in Plateau State. By stepping down, Mr. Lambert has paved the way for emerging leaders to take the helm, ensuring that the Front remains a true reflection of the party’s evolving landscape.
The group expresses its profound gratitude to George Lambert for his visionary leadership. Under his tenure, the APC Patriotic Youth Front rose to a position of high political admiration and influence across the state.

APC PATRIOTIC YOUTH FRONT PLATEAU STATE WELCOMES PROF. NENTAWE YILWATDA AS APC NATIONAL CHAIRMAN

The APC Patriotic Youth Front, Plateau State, extends its warmest congratulations to Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe on his emergence as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). We welcome this development with utmost joy and confidence, believing that his leadership will reposition the party and lead it to victory in the 2027 general elections.

*A LEADER OF UNIMPEACHABLE CHARACTER*

Prof. Yilwatda's track record of service speaks volumes about his capabilities. From his roles as Director of ICT at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, to Resident Electoral Commissioner, Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shetima Presidential Campaign in Plateau State, and most recently, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, he has consistently demonstrated dedication, diligence, and impact. His efforts as Minister have not only put Nigeria on the global map but also attracted international attention and partnership.
