CONGRATULATIONS TO THIS FORUM
Yesterday was a good start for this forum in it's political emancipation of our people.
In this forum during our meetings we agreed that our people should participate in all major political parties by becoming exco members. I have to commend this forum for awakening us. By putting our heads together, the PDP Yola North Stakeholders have done well by pressurising the system to consider more of our people to come on board as Exco members in PDP. We have doubled the number yesterday. The last exco had 3 Laka sons and daughter, who are: 1. Hon Amos Theophilus as Secretary
2. Danladi Saidu as Organizing Secretary
3. Hon Hauwa Francis as Ex Officio 1
But in the new Exco, the old ones and new 3 Laka son and daughters were brought on board as:
1. Hon Amos Theophilus- Vice Chairman
2. Zainab Abubakar - Woman Leader
3. Sam Ganapai - Auditor
4. Danladi Saidu - Legal Adviser
5. Hon Hauwa Francis- Ex Officio 2
6. Helen Lailai- Ex Officio 4
We need to thank the Secretary to the Government of Adamawa for standing by us and also His Excellency for moving Amos from Ex Officio to Vice Chairman. The two(SSG and Governor) are with Laka people pertaining to Jimeta issue. We are most grateful. Once more Congratulations and this is an excellent beginning let us not slow the pace.
