20/05/2026
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, and on March 30th, 2026, I took that bold step once again by officially resigning from my role as Honourable Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Community Support Services, and Girl Child Development to answer a greater call to serve.
Today, I am deeply honored and humbled to have emerged as the APC candidate and flag bearer for the Delta State House of Assembly, representing the good people of Warri North.
This moment would not have been possible without the grace of God, the support of my family, the encouragement of my leaders, the strength of friends, and the belief of so many people who have stood by me.
I particularly want to appreciate and thank His Excellency, my leader and principal, for his support, guidance, and belief in my capacity to serve. Your commitment to nurturing and empowering a new generation of leaders continue to inspire many of us. I remain grateful for the opportunity to have served under your mentorship as a Commissioner and for the confidence you have shown in me over the years.
I also extend my deepest appreciation to His Royal Majesty, my King, The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III for his fatherly support, prayers and wisdom.
To my great LEADERS and members of the APC Warri North, I bow in respect and gratitude. You are the pillars upon which the peace, unity, and strength of our LGA continue to stand.
Warri North is blessed with great people whose contributions may never fully be captured in words — I personally cannot capture them in words, but the world sees and knows that these men and women have quietly carried the burden of leadership, protected the interest of our people, and continue to guide the younger generation with wisdom and love.
Throughout the period of consultations, engagements and deliberations your doors remained open, your counsels were invaluable, and your commitment to the growth of our LGA is admirable. I appreciate and honour the shoulders on which I stand.
I equally appreciate my leaders, mentors, colleagues and supporters from across our very amazing and uniquely beautiful state- Delta, who lent their voices, prayers, wisdom and encouragement.
I pay a special tribute to the incumbent House of Assembly member and my co- aspirants who took a bow for my emergence. Their conduct through this process shows a great depth of exemplary leadership.
This journey has been filled with love on every side- I am deeply grateful.
As I move from consultations to active campaign, I do so with humility and with the form understanding that leadership is first about service, respect, loyalty, and accountability to the people.
I ask for your support, your prayers, and your belief—not only for elections but in the work ahead.
By God’s grace, through hard work, resilience, and the collective strength of our leaders, stakeholders, and people, we will build a stronger, greater Warri North.
My dear people of Warri North, this is our moment.
For the Glory of YHWH
Here we go! 💪🏽
