β¨HON. EMMA BAZIM CHINYE: TWO YEARS OF PURPOSEFUL LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT TO THE REBUILDING Of ANIOCHA NORTH LOCAL GOVT AREA
Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye's two years as Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government have been defined by purposeful, people-centred leadership driven by his MORE G.A.I.N.S. Agenda, delivering measurable progress across infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, youth empowerment, security, and workers' welfare.
Through prudent governance and collaboration with the Legislative Arm, traditional institutions, and security agencies, his administration has executed transformative projects, strengthened public institutions, promoted economic growth, and improved the quality of life across the twenty wards of the Local Government Area. Below is a list of projects that his administration has embarked on in the last two years:
1.Massive rehabilitation with asphalt overlay of bad portions on the Issele-uku axial road from the express to UBA with repairs of drainages along the Issele-Mkpitime- Onicha-Olona road β βCompletedβ

3.Massive rehabilitation of the Executive Arm Building Complex with Reroofing and exquisite furnishing of the Executive Chambers, Executive Chairmanβs office, Vice Chairmanβs office, office of the SLG and all other Offices in the building - βCompletedβ
4.Remodeling/Construction of an Ultra-Modern Main Market with 141 lockup shops, 577 open stalls, 1 big warehouse, 1 abattoir housing 41 stalls of meat sellers, 1 bank building, 1 administrative building, 16 toilets, 1 Omu palace office, 3 motor parks, 1 grinding section and 1 refuse waste reservoir in Issele Uku β βCompletedβ

29.Rebranding and beautification of the entire Aniocha North Local Government Council premises and Issele-Uku, the administrative Headquarter of the Local Government.
30.Massive grading of farm roads/inter-communities within the Local Government Area.
31.Empowerment and employment of over 250 persons as committee members with strategic responsibilities for rebuilding Aniocha North LGA.
32.Implementation of "Notable Youth Development Initiativeβ in grassroot Sports development through the hosting of specialized highly Competitive football Talent Hunt in the "Aniocha North 2024 Chairmanβs Cupβ Tournament.
33.Sponsorship of Five (5) Discovered football Talents from the Aniocha North 2024 Chairman's Cup to Germany for Professional Football career development - In Progress
34.Putting in place special security measures (ANIOCHA NORTH SECURITY CRACK TEAM) in conjunction with the State Police Command, notable personalities and all the security agencies in Aniocha North Local Government area towards curtailing the activities of criminal elements and ravaging farms/forest marauders in the whole area.
35.Promoting the welfare of Traditional Rulers and collaborating with them to promote Peace, Development and Progress in every Community of the LGA.
36.Regular sponsorship of routine immunization of children between the ages of 9 months and 5 years against measles and other killer diseases in conjunction with the Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency and other Partners.
37.Massive clearing and beautification of the three main entrances to Aniocha North Local Government Area in collaboration with Rain-Oil Nigeria Limited.
38.Reconnection of the Local Government Council Secretariat to the National Electricity Grid - βCompletedβ
39.Regular payment of Salaries and claims to workers as well as increased imprest for effective governance.
40.Facilitation of over 400% increase in the stipends of Casual workers of the Local Government.
41.Reticulation of water from the Local Government Comprehensive Water Scheme to the Executive Arm Building and DSS Quarters - βCompletedβ
42.Cordial relationship with the Legislative Arm, the Executive Arm, the Administrative Staff and the Workers Union of the Local Government Council.
43. Cultivation of over 10 hecters of farmland for Corn, tomato, pepper and vegetables thereby crashing the price of food in the area.
44. Renovation, reconstruction and furnishings of the Aniofu Primary Health Care Centre, Aniofu
45. Renovation of Ugboba Primary School Fence and Reticulation of Water round the School with the provision of stanchion linked to the existing underground water system.
46. Construction of 10 lockup shops and 70 open market stalls in Idumu-Ogo
47. Provision of water borehole for the people of Ukwu-Nzu
48. Fencing of Aniocha North Local Government Nursery and Primary School in Issele-Azagba.
50. Massive renovation of 150 Open Market Stalls and Construction of 21 Lock-up Shops with Mini Warehouse for Garri Sellers and 3 Toilets at the Idumuje-unor Market.
51. Provision of Water borehole with Stanchion for the people of Obomkpa.
52. Reconstruction and furnishing of the Onicha ugbo Primary Health Care Centre in Onicha-Ugbo -Completed
53. Training and Empowerment with starter packs to over 50 Youths of Aniocha North Local Government Area in partnership with Mosra Energy in areas of Hairdressing, Tailoring, Catering, and Electrical Work.
54. Twenty various projects executed in the 20 wards of the Local Government Area by the 20 Councillors of the Legislative Arm as Constituency Projects.
