Hon. Yakub Babatunde Prudent Ajadi has once again shown what true leadership looks like: service beyond self.
By sponsoring his loyalists to perform the Lesser Hajj — Umrah 2026 — he has demonstrated generosity, faith, and a deep commitment to his people. This is not just a gift of travel. It is a gift of spiritual renewal, unity, and blessings for families and the entire community.
Ya Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Generous,
We ask You to accept the Umrah of all those sponsored by Hon. Yakub Babatunde Prudent Ajadi.
Grant them a Mabroor Umrah, forgive their sins, answer their prayers, and bring them back safely with increased Iman.
Ya Allah, bless Hon. Prudent abundantly for this noble gesture
Increase him in wisdom, health, wealth, and influence
Make him a continuous source of good for his people
Protect him from evil, guide his decisions, and use him to uplift the community.
Grant him success in this life and the hereafter, and reward him with Jannah.
_Ameen,Thumma Ameen.

The Kwara Elite Youth Group, as a collective voice of Kwara’s next generation of thinkers, builders, and leaders, gives its full endorsement to *Hon. Salihu Yakub Danladi* for Governor of Kwara State, 2027.
We endorse him not just for what he has done, but for what he represents: a leadership rooted in purpose, guided by service, and driven by results. Kwara needs more than promises. We need a leader who has walked the path of public accountability, who understands that real development starts from the grassroots, and who sees our youth not as followers, but as partners in nation-building.
Hon. Danladi’s commitment to transparent governance, education reform, job creation, and digital innovation gives us confidence that Kwara can move from potential to prosperity. He is a leader who listens before he leads, and who builds bridges before he builds structures.
For a Kwara where opportunity is not a privilege, but a right — for a Kwara where our talent stays home to build — the Kwara Elite Youth Group stands firmly with Hon. Salihu Yakub Danladi.
"Great states are not inherited. They are built by deliberate choices and courageous leaders. Kwara stands at that crossroad today. Hon. Salihu Yakub Danladi is the choice of vision over rhetoric, of service over self, of progress over politics. The Kwara Elite Youth Group chooses him for 2027."

5. *Agriculture and Livestock Value Chains*

Kwara Elite Youth Group for Political Forum Condemns Imposed Selection in Kwara APC Primaries*

The Kwara Elite Youth Group for Political Forum is right to reject what happened today in the APC House of Representatives primaries across Ilorin East, Ilorin South, and other LGAs.

This was not a primary election. It was a selection. Multiple reports from party executives and stakeholders confirm that a directive came down instructing that one particular candidate be placed first, regardless of what delegates wanted. That is not democracy. That is imposition.

When party executives are told to announce a pre-decided candidate and present it as the “choice of the people,” it makes a mockery of the entire process. It tells members that their votes, their voices, and their participation don’t matter. It tells aspirants that spending time mobilizing and paying for forms is pointless if the decision is already made in a closed room.

Why this condemnation matters:

1. It kills internal democracy
APC built its reputation on “change” and allowing members to choose. Imposing candidates through directives contradicts that. If the party cannot run a free primary for its own members, how can it promise free and fair general elections to Kwarans?

2. It insults the intelligence of Kwara youth*
Young people in Kwara led the Otoge movement because they were tired of being told who to vote for. Today’s process repeats the same old pattern. The youth group is speaking up because they refuse to go back to that system.

3. It damages the party’s credibility ahead of 2027
You can’t mobilize people to defend a process they know was rigged from the start. If accountability is not demanded now, apathy and distrust will define the next election cycle.

What we demand:
1. A full investigation into who issued the directive and why it bypassed the delegates.
2. Nullification of any result that came from imposed selection, and a rerun where delegates actually vote.
3. A public commitment from Kwara APC leadership that no candidate will be anointed without an open process going forward.

The Kwara Elite Youth Group for Political Forum is not against any individual. They are against a system that replaces member choice with elite instruction. That position deserves the backing of every APC member who believes in fairness.

If primaries are reduced to selection, then the party has already lost before the general election begin
