As our beloved nation, Nigeria, marks her 65th Independence Anniversary today, I join millions of citizens in celebrating this historic milestone.

Independence reminds us not only of the courage of our founding fathers but also of the collective responsibility we all share in sustaining the unity, peace, and progress of our country. Indeed, “ilé la ti n k’éso r’óde” - the greatness of a nation begins from within.

In Ogun State, and particularly in Ifo II State Constituency, we are living witnesses to the fact that, despite challenges, the Nigerian spirit is one of resilience, innovation, and hope. Our farmers, artisans, traders, professionals, and youths continue to prove that when given the right opportunities, Nigerians can thrive anywhere.

As your representative in the Ogun State House of Assembly, I reaffirm my steadfast commitment to serve you with integrity, without discrimination, and with renewed dedication to our shared progress. Together, we will continue to build on the values of unity, equity, and prosperity that Independence stands for.
