A few days ago, I took a bold and deeply personal step toward a lifelong mission to serve the people of Oyo State by obtaining my gubernatorial form at Wadata Plaza, Abuja.

But this moment is bigger than me.
I run for Oyo State, I run for Oke-Ogun as for Oyo, I run for Ogbomoso as for Ibarapa, I run as well for Ibadan.

For too long, our voices have echoed with hope, waiting for fairness, waiting for inclusion, waiting for our rightful place in the story of Oyo State. Today, that hope is rising stronger than ever and we have crossed the rubicon.

This journey is a call for equity and justice. A call carried by 22 Local Governments, standing united, and strengthened by the support of 11 others who believe that fairness is not a favour it is a right.

Beyond the call, I have now taken action. Leadership is not about dithering and confusion. Leadership is about Vision as it is about Decision as it is about Action and beyond all, ex*****on.

We are saying, clearly and boldly: every region matters, every community counts. This is not just about politics. It is about dignity. It is about giving every child in Oyo State the belief that their dreams are valid, their future secure, and their voices heard. It is about building a state where no one is left behind, and where unity is not just spoken but lived.

I feel the weight of this moment, but more importantly, I feel the strength of our people. Your belief, your sacrifices, your unwavering hope these are the reasons we must not stop.

Together, we will stand for equity.�Together, we will demand justice.�Together, we will rise for all of Oyo State.

The time is now for the 22 and 11 contest. Not the 22 against the 11.

On Saturday, I appeared on Fresh FM's Political Circuit program where I reflected on what we stand for as a Movement and the mandate we carry.

I made it clear that our mandate is a true reflection of what Oyo State — and Ibadan in particular — represents: equity, fairness and justice. As an indigenous son of Oke-Ogun, I am well positioned to raise this banner even higher without undermining good governance set by His Excellency, Gov Seyi Makinde.

For over 50 years, despite our undeniable political strength, Oke-Ogun has not had the opportunity to occupy the highest level of leadership in our dear state. But today, we are more ready than ever — and we will deliver with people on our side.

We did not stop yesterday.
We will not stop today.
And we will not stop tomorrow.

The mandate must stand.

Some days ago, I appeared before the PDP gubernatorial screening committee as part of the process toward the 2027 Oyo State governorship race.

I am deeply grateful to God, and I sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, for the visionary and inclusive leadership he has continued to provide in Oyo State and within our great party. The screening process once again reflects a strong commitment to fairness, consultation and internal democracy.

It was an honour to present my credentials, share my leadership experience, and speak on my vision for a greater Oyo State.

My journey has taken me from global boardrooms to grassroots communities across our dear state. After stepping away from my international financial advisory role two years ago, I committed myself fully to engaging with our people across Ibarapa, Oyo, Ogbomoso, Oke-Ogun and Ibadan. Those engagements have strengthened my belief that Oyo State is blessed with immense potential and even greater possibilities.

As an Oke-Ogun son, this moment carries deep meaning for me. But beyond that, this aspiration is about building an Oyo State that works for everyone. It is about inclusion, equity, competence and a shared future where every zone and every community has a voice.

I remain encouraged by the overwhelming support, goodwill and acceptance I continue to receive from people across the 351 wards and 33 local government areas of our state. Your belief in this cause is inspiring, and I do not take it for granted.

This is not just about one man’s ambition. It is about a collective vision for a better, stronger and more inclusive Oyo State.

The message is clear. The movement is growing. And by the grace of God, the future is bright.

Good morning, dear people of Oyo State.

Over the past few years, our voices have gained strength, echoing the same call for fairness, justice, and equity.

We ask for this not out of sentiment, but because it reflects who we are — a people guided by fairness and a shared belief that destiny is greater than demography.

Today, I am confident that our voices are being heard. And we will not relent until what is fair, just, and equitable is fully delivered.

We are the Pace Setter State, and we will continue to lead by setting the right examples for others to follow.

The story of Oyo State in recent years is one of hope renewed and progress delivered. With the emergence of Governor Seyi Makinde, citizens witnessed the return of visionary, people-centered governance. AMOFIN BEULAH ADEOYE CONTINUES STATEWIDE CONSULTATIONS IN OYO STATE, VISITS OBA JIMOH OLAJIDE TITILOYE, THE OLU IGBO-ORA

Amofin Beulah Adeoye has continued his statewide consultations with traditional institutions in Oyo State. Recently, Amofin Beulah Adeoye and his team paid a courtesy visit to Oba Jimoh Olajide Titiloye, the Olu Igbo-Ora, in the Ibarapa Central Local Government Area, of Oyo state.

The visit aimed to seek royal blessings and reaffirm the ancestral ties between the people of Oke Ogun and Ibarapa, who share a common origin, history, and cultural heritage.

During the visit, Amofin Beulah Adeoye officially declared his intention to contest the 2027 governorship election. His focus, he said, will be on delivering inclusive leadership, emphasizing rural development, agricultural growth, improved education and healthcare, and ensuring accountability in public service across Oyo State.

In his response, the monarch welcomed him and his team and emphasized that leadership rooted in shared ancestry and unity remains crucial for maintaining peace and fostering development in the state.

Before the visit concluded, Oba Jimoh Olajide Titiloye offered his royal prayers for Amofin Beulah Adeoye, wishing him success in his political journey and blessings for the future of Oyo State.
