I have read a deeply distressing account shared by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, a woman whose voice and work have long enriched our nation and the world, describing the alleged circumstances surrounding the loss of her young son, Nkanu.

The loss of a child is an indescribable grief. No parent should ever have to carry such an egregious burden, and our hearts go out to , her husband, Ivara Esege, and their family in this season of profound pain.

Family grief of this nature reminds us of the sanctity of life and the enormous responsibility placed on those entrusted with healthcare. Moments like this call us to compassion, accountability, and action, and to a collective commitment to safeguard our institutions and uphold the highest standards of care and best practice.

We pray for comfort for the Adichie family. May the God of all comfort surround Chimamanda, Ivara, and their family with strength in these difficult days. May He bring peace to their hearts, grace to sustain them, and covering over their surviving son. In time, may He bring beauty out of pain, and may His glory yet be revealed even in this deep grief, redeeming for good what the adversary meant for harm.

Date: Tuesday, 5th January 2026

Theme: SUPERNATURAL SPIRITUAL RESTORATION
Year Theme: Supernatural Restoration
Scripture Reading
Psalm 51:12 (KJV)
“Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.”
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
Spiritual restoration is the foundation of all other restorations.
When the spirit is restored, direction returns.
When the spirit is healed, clarity returns.

When the altar is rebuilt, power flows again.
Many losses in life begin not in finances or relationships, but in the inner man — when prayer weakens, passion cools, and sensitivity to God fades.
In 2026, God is restoring hearts before He restores hands, and altars before He restores assets.
WHAT SPIRITUAL RESTORATION MEANS

1. Restoration of Intimacy with God
Spiritual restoration is first about returning to fellowship.
“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.” (James 4:8)
God is restoring:
Personal devotion
Prayer consistency
Hunger for His presence
Love for His Word
This is a year of closet Christianity, where secret encounters produce public results.

2. Restoration of Spiritual Sensitivity
Sin, compromise, distraction, and overexposure to noise dull spiritual hearing.
“He that hath an ear, let him hear…” (Revelation 2:7)
In this season:
Discernment is sharpened
Conviction returns without condemnation
Spiritual dullness is lifted
God is restoring the ability to hear Him clearly again.

3. Restoration of Joy and Confidence
David did not ask for his throne back —
he asked for the joy of salvation.
“The joy of the LORD is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
In 2026:
Guilt gives way to grace
Shame is replaced with confidence
Weariness is exchanged for strength
Restored joy produces renewed strength.

4. Restoration of Spiritual Authority
Loss of authority often follows loss of alignment.
“Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” (Ephesians 6:10)
God is restoring:
Authority in prayer
Boldness in witness
Confidence in spiritual warfare
Believers are no longer praying timid prayers —
they are standing in Christ’s victory.

5. Restoration of Purpose and Calling
Many have become busy but spiritually misplaced.
“Stir up the gift of God…” (2 Timothy 1:6)
This year:
Dormant callings are revived
Suppressed gifts are reactivated
Vision is clarified
Focus is restored
God restores assignment, not confusion.

HOW SPIRITUAL RESTORATION IS ACTIVATED
Repentance without shame – Psalm 32:5
Return to prayer – Jeremiah 29:12–13
Renewal of the Word – Romans 12:2
Intentional obedience – John 14:21
Dependence on the Holy Spirit – Zechariah 4:6
Restoration flows where surrender exists.

PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, restore my soul. Rekindle my love for You, revive my prayer life, and renew my hunger for Your presence. Remove every veil of distraction and restore my spiritual sensitivity. I receive fresh oil, fresh fire, and renewed strength for my walk with You. Amen.

DECLARATION
🗣️ This year, my spirit is restored.
My altar is rebuilt.
My joy is renewed.
My authority is revived.
I walk closely with God and live fully for His glory.
KINGDOM REFLECTION
God restores the spirit not to make us comfortable,
but to make us effective.
When the heart is restored, everything else follows.

2026 – OUR YEAR OF SUPERNATURAL RESTORATION
Redemptive Charismatic Word Ministry Inc.
(A.K.A. Agape Embassy Worldwide)
Anchor Scriptures
Joel 2:25–26 (KJV) – “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten…”
Colossians 2:10 (KJV) – “And ye are complete in him…”
Jeremiah 30:17 (KJV) – “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.”

INTRODUCTION: WHAT IS SUPERNATURAL RESTORATION?
Restoration is not merely recovery.
Restoration is not compensation.
Restoration is not replacement.
Supernatural restoration is God’s divine intervention that reverses loss, redeems time, repairs damage, and repositions a person beyond their former state—without human explanation.
When God restores supernaturally:
What was lost returns multiplied
What was broken is made whole
What was delayed is accelerated
What was stolen is recovered with increase
This is restoration that nature, logic, systems, and time cannot produce—only God can.
THE FOUNDATION: GOD IS A RESTORING GOD
From Genesis to Revelation, God reveals Himself as a Restorer:
He restored Job beyond his former glory
He restored David’s losses at Ziklag
He restored Israel after captivity
He restored Peter after denial
He restores humanity through Christ

Restoration is not God’s reaction—it is His nature.
Psalm 23:3 – “He restoreth my soul…”
God does not just forgive; He restores.
He does not just heal; He renews.
He does not just repair; He upgrades.

THE DIMENSIONS OF SUPERNATURAL RESTORATION
1. Restoration of Time
“I will restore to you the years…” – Joel 2:25
God does not restore minutes—He restores years.
This speaks of:
Lost opportunities
Delayed destinies
Wasted seasons
Stagnant phases

In 2026, God will compress time:
What should take years will happen in months
What stalled for decades will move suddenly
This is kairos restoration, not chronos recovery.
2. Restoration of Identity
Many people lost things because they first lost themselves.
Supernatural restoration begins when God restores:
Your confidence
Your authority
Your sense of worth
Your spiritual identity
Colossians 2:10 – “Ye are complete in Him…”
You are not trying to become complete—you are complete in Christ.
Restoration flows from identity, not effort.
3. Restoration of Health and Wholeness
Jeremiah 30:17 – “I will restore health unto thee…”
This includes:
Physical health
Emotional stability
Mental clarity
Psychological peace
God restores not just the body but the entire being—spirit, soul, and body.
4. Restoration of Relationships
God restores:
Broken marriages
Strained families
Lost trust
Severed connections
What bitterness destroyed, grace will rebuild.
What pride scattered, love will reunite.
5. Restoration of Resources and Provision
Proverbs 6:31 – “…he shall restore sevenfold…”
In 2026:
Financial leakages will be sealed
Stolen opportunities will be recovered
Lost investments will be redeemed
This is not survival prosperity—this is redemptive abundance.

THE MEANS OF SUPERNATURAL RESTORATION
1. Alignment
Restoration flows where alignment exists.
Alignment with God
Alignment with His Word
Alignment with divine instruction
Disorder blocks restoration. Alignment attracts it.
2. Repentance and Humility
Joel 2 reveals that restoration followed repentance.
God restores not the proud, but the yielded.
3. Faith in God’s Ability, Not Your History
Your past does not disqualify you from restoration.
God restores despite history, not because of perfection.

CHRIST: THE FULLNESS OF RESTORATION
Jesus Christ is not part of restoration—He is restoration personified.
He restores man to God
He restores authority to humanity
He restores dominion lost in Adam

Acts 3:21 – “…the times of restitution of all things…”
Everything God restores flows through Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION FOR 2026
In the name of Jesus Christ:
Lost years are restored

Broken systems are healed
Delayed destinies are accelerated
Forgotten people are remembered
Stolen virtues are recovered
Dry bones live again
This is your year of divine reversal.
This is your season of supernatural restoration.
CONCLUSION
Supernatural restoration is not a wish—it is a divine verdict.

It is not earned—it is released by grace.
It is not gradual—it is often sudden.
In 2026, God will not just bring you back—
He will bring you forward.
“And ye shall know that I am the Lord your God…” – Joel 2:27

IMMORTALITY UNVEILED: CHRIST IDENTITY MANIFESTED IN US
Theme for December: Christ Identity Manifestation
OPENING SCRIPTURE
Luke 2:11 (KJV)
“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”

INTRODUCTION: IDENTITY BEFORE MANIFESTATION
The Gospel does not begin with what Christ did; it begins with who Christ is. Before the miracles, before the Cross, before the resurrection, heaven announced an identity: a Saviour… Christ… the Lord. These were not titles to be earned later; they were realities to be believed, embraced, and manifested.

December, therefore, is not merely about a baby in a manger; it is about God revealing Himself in flesh, and through that revelation, unveiling our identity in Him. Christ Identity Manifestation is the unveiling of divine life in human vessels—first in Jesus, and now in us.
CHRIST HAD TO BELIEVE WHO HE WAS
Although Jesus was God incarnate, He did not live by divine automation. He lived by revelation and faith. Scripture shows us that Jesus grew in wisdom and understanding:
Luke 2:52 (KJV)
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”

This growth reveals something profound: identity does not eliminate learning; it demands discovery. Jesus discovered Himself in Scripture. He aligned His consciousness with the Father’s testimony. When He spoke, acted, healed, resisted temptation, and submitted to death, He did so from identity awareness, not external validation.
His bold declaration in adulthood was not arrogance but revelation-driven confidence:
John 8:58 (KJV)
“Jesus said unto them,

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”
The Incarnation required belief. Jesus had to believe He was God in the flesh in order to manifest God on the earth. Likewise, the believer must believe what the Scriptures say about them in Christ in order to manifest Christ in this world.

IMMORTALITY BROUGHT TO LIGHT
2 Timothy 1:10 (KJV)
“But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.”

This verse does not say Jesus will abolish death—it says He hath abolished it. Death is not a future enemy; it is a defeated foe. Yet many believers live as though death still reigns, because immortality is often believed but not understood.

Immortality is not endless existence. Immortality is indestructible life—the life of God Himself. This life was not introduced by Christ; it was revealed by Him. The Gospel did not invent immortality; it uncovered it.
To bring something “to light” means it already existed but was hidden. In Christ, immortality was unveiled, explained, and imparted.

WHY CHRIST TOOK ON FLESH
Hebrews 2:14–15 (KJV)
“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”

The devil’s power over humanity was not rooted in strength but in fear—specifically, the fear of death. Christ did not merely die to save us from sin; He died to destroy the authority system of death itself.
Fear is the language of mortality. Faith is the language of immortality. When immortality is revealed, fear loses its grip. Deliverance from death is not merely physical; it is psychological, spiritual, and existential.

THE RESURRECTED CHRIST SPEAKS
Revelation 1:18 (KJV)
“I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

Keys symbolize authority. Christ does not merely survive death—He governs it. He holds jurisdiction over realms that once terrified humanity. And this resurrected Christ now lives in the believer by the Spirit.
OUR IDENTITY MIRRORS HIS
1 John 4:17 (KJV)
“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”

This statement is present tense, absolute, and unapologetic. It does not say as He was or as He will be, but as He is—glorified, victorious, immortal.
Christianity is not imitation; it is participation. The believer is not trying to become like Christ; the believer is one with Christ.
IMMORTALITY AND THE NEW CREATION
2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

The new creation is not a repaired mortal—it is a reborn being with divine life. Eternal life is not a reward for heaven; it is a present possession.
John 5:24 (KJV)
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
IMMORTALITY AS WITNESS
Christ was born not merely to save, but to reveal. Likewise, believers are called not merely to confess Christ, but to manifest Him. Immortality consciousness transforms how we live, love, endure, preach, and confront darkness.
When believers live from resurrection life, the Gospel is no longer only spoken—it is seen.

CONCLUSION
Just as Jesus believed the Father’s testimony concerning Himself, we must believe the Scriptures concerning us. Identity is the womb of manifestation. What you believe about who you are will determine how much of Christ you reveal.
Christ Identity Manifestation is not future—it is now.
CONFESSION
I believe the Word of God concerning my identity in Christ.
I carry divine, indestructible life.
Immortality is at work in me.
Death has lost its authority over my life.
Fear has no dominion over me.
As Christ is, so am I in this world.
I manifest Christ boldly through my life and through the preaching of the Gospel.
Amen.

THE DEITY OF CHRIST: THE FOUNDATION OF OUR IDENTITY
📖 TO THE BIBLE
John 10:24–25 (KJV)
“Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not…”
LET’S TALK
The theme of December — Christ Identity Manifestation — stands or falls on one central truth: Who is Jesus?
If Jesus is merely a good man, then Christianity is just another philosophy. But if Jesus is God manifested in the flesh, then everything changes — including who you are.
Contrary to popular claims, Jesus did not shy away from affirming His deity. In our opening scripture, the Jews demanded clarity: “If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” Jesus responded without hesitation: “I told you, and you believed not.” He didn’t deny being the Christ; He exposed their unbelief.
He went further and pointed to His works as undeniable evidence. The miracles He performed in the Father’s Name were not mere acts of compassion; they were identity statements. They testified that He was more than a prophet — He was God in action.
In verses 27–30, Jesus made one of the most audacious declarations ever recorded:
“I give unto them eternal life… I and my Father are one.”
This was not symbolic language. The Jews understood exactly what He meant — equality with God — which is why they attempted to stone Him. You don’t stone a man for good works; you stone him for claiming deity.
Scripture confirms this truth repeatedly. “In Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily” (Colossians 2:9). Jesus didn’t just represent God; He was God present among men. He possessed life in Himself, just as the Father does (John 5:26). That is why He alone can give eternal life.
Now here is the revelation that connects directly to Christ Identity Manifestation:
If Jesus is truly God — and you are in Him — then your identity is inseparably tied to His. Christianity is not merely believing about Jesus; it is living from Jesus. When you confess Christ, you are not aligning with a religious figure, but with the very life of God.
Your confidence, authority, righteousness, and purpose flow from this reality. We do not manifest identity by striving to become something; we manifest it by recognising who Christ is and who we are in Him.
GO DEEPER
📘 1 John 5:20 (KJV)
“…This is the true God, and eternal life.”
📘 Titus 2:13 (KJV)
“…the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”
📘 John 14:9 (KJV)
“He that hath seen me hath seen the Father…”
DECLARE
Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.
I am in Christ, and Christ lives in me.
My identity flows from His deity and His life.
I walk boldly, knowing who He is and who I am in Him.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank You for the revelation of Jesus Christ — the Word made flesh, the true God and eternal life. As I behold who Christ is, I grow in the manifestation of who I am in Him. I live boldly, firmly rooted in His deity and lordship, revealing His life and glory through me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
✨ DAILY CHARGE
The clearer Christ becomes to you,
the clearer your identity in Him will be.
