WHAT YOU NEED TO CHECK ON SECURITY BEFORE YOU ENTER YOU CAR TO DRIVE

Here’s your essential P.A.S.S. pre-drive security checklist—covering personal safety, exterior hazards, and mechanical red flags. Do this before you unlock the door.

Phase 1: Approach & Personal Security (Anti-Carjacking)

· Phone away, key ready. Have your fob/key in hand (not buried in a bag). Walk with purpose.
