ZAMCHEMA providing quality services to enrolles.
As enrollees started accessing medical and health care services, The claim management team of Zamchema visit Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau, Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital Gusau and interect with NHIS claim team and service providers.
The teams discussed on several issues in order to provide quality services in the State.

ZAMFARA CONTRIBUTORY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT AGENCY DISTRIBUTES FORMS FOR ADDITION OF SPOUSES AND BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN.

In his plentiful effort to ensure commencement of delivering healthcare services to all Zamfara residents, the Executive Secretary Zamchema Dr. Yusuf Abubakar Haske directed the distribution of the forms for the civil servants of all MDA's for filling of information of their spouses and dependants which is going to be submitted for full enrollment to the database of the Agency in fulfillmement the promise of His Excellency the Executive Governor HON. Bello Matawallen Maradun for reducing catestrophic atrocity of health financial expenses from pocket by providing quality healthcare with tiny amount from their contributions.

The form encompasses allocated space for Enrollee spouses and 4 under 18 dependants (biological children) that is for every civil servants 5 dependants (spouse and 4 children ) is going to benefit from the scheme, also for every dependants there is needed for personal information and birth certificates in order to enroll him successfully.

The Executive Secretary call on all the interested people with large family, commercial and all residents of Zamfara that, there is provision for them to register with the Agency by paying some certain amount of money in order to benefit from quality healthcare services from Zamchema.

Finally the Executive Secretary inform all the civil servants to contact the Staff Officer of their MDA's for collection of forms for their spouses and dependants, like wise interested people should contact Zamchema office at canteen Area near stanbic Bank Gusau.

IN PREPARATION FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF DELIVERING QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO ALL ZAMFARA RESIDENTS THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY ZAMCHEMA VISITS ZAMFARA RADIO FOR SENSITIZATION
During the discussion the Executive Secretary Zamchema Dr. Yusuf Abubakar Haske commend the Zamfara Radio for hosting and recommend the Agency for giving slot to brief public on the preparation for delivering quality healthcare to all Zamfara residents which is the vision of establishing the Agency by His Excellency the Executive Governor Hon (Dr) Bello Matawallen Maradun for the benefits of the State.

The Executive Secretary Zamchema mentioned some concluded activities which include:
1. Accreditation and Assessment of 200 Healthcare Facilities (public and private).
2. Database analysis of the Enrolled Civil Servants.
3. Development of Heath Facility civil servants registers.
4. Distribution of Registers to the concern MDAS and Facilities.
5. Distribution of service tools to the Facilities.
6. Engagement meeting with all Medical Directors of General Hospital, Private and PHC LGA Directors
7. Formalization of engagement with other relevant Stakeholders.
8. Training and capacity building of staff.
9. Distribution of forms for Civil Servants spouses and dependants.

The Executive Secretary calls on all the Civil Servants who's submitted their forms to contact Staff Officer for collection of forms for additional spouses and dependants and also to visit designated Health Facilities to their self and family.
