Ignoring Unwarranted Attacks, Esit Eket Continues to Move Forward
The attention of the Media Unit, Esit Eket Local Government Council has been drawn to this rubbish, posted by one Akan Etteudo on his page with intention to incite the people against the Chairman.
An average Esit Eket person would know Akan Etteudo as an attention seeking fellow who has not been able to grow due to his obvious blackmailing trademark.
The Media Unit is too big and mature to engage with Akan, an irrelevant unlettered fellow who cannot even distinguish between simple words like"to" and "too", "I" and "i" in sentence construction.
As we speak, Uquo Main Market (Udua Uquo) is undergoing a remarkable transformation, a project valued at approximately half a billion naira. Additionally, three (3) fully completed Compassionate Homes, built by the Chairman, are already in use, providing shelter and hope to beneficiaries.
In a show of appreciation and support for effective governance, the Leader of the Esit Eket Legislative Council and the Council Secretary have each been provided with brand-new official vehicles. Notably, the administration has also driven impactful agricultural empowerment initiatives, with beneficiaries receiving brand-new tricycles (Keke) and motorcycles, while persons living with disabilities were supported with wheelchairs and financial assistance.
The security sector has not been left behind. The Chairman donated a Hilux vehicle to the Nigeria Police Force, Esit Eket Division, alongside empowerment support for members of the Legion and the wives of Legionnaires.
In a deeply touching intervention, a once-crippled child, previously without hope, can now walk again through the Chairman’s benevolence in covering the full cost of a successful medical operation. The distribution of free uniforms, books, sandals and bags to all public primary schools and the construction of Udua Ayiu lengthens the list.
Indeed, the list of achievements continues to grow, reflecting a leadership defined by compassion, impact, and tangible results.
Given these notable achievements, it is not unreasonable to question whether Mr. Etteudo’s actions may be influenced by external interests aimed at destabilizing the peace and unity currently enjoyed in Esit Eket.
However, we urge Esit Eket people to ignore such trash as such cannot distract the Chairman, Hon. Mrs Uduak Ikemesit Ikot from continuing in her good governance for the people of Esit Eket LGA.
