Community Empowerment Strategy: To create an economic recovery strategy through supporting livelihoods revival that will encourage growth of young people and women. Especially the many women headed households we have in the communities within the constituency. All empowerment and welfare intervention will fail under the CES, under which there will be leverage, interconnections, networking and facilitation with solutions-based approaches to different ventures, job creation, representation of our interests at the national stage and partnerships with CSOs, development partners and government, reach out to all available ears, through the sustained use of appropriate data.

Targeted Legislation : I have well mapped out target legislative area of interests which cut across many local, State, National interests: These include National neighborhoods security, food and Agricultural transformation policies, Animal and public health policy, public policy, Civil society engagement, job creation and SMES revamping policies, economy and public finance, budget and appropriation, emergencies system and responses, basic education and children welfare policies, functional and lean governance approach, pragmatic operations and administration, electoral systems reform policy.

Effective Utilization of Feedback Mechanism: I will ensure functional constituency offices in addition to periodic engagement at the town hall meetings to sustain communication with constituents, especially through the use of social media, dedicated fully equipped websites for the constituency. We shall have well- trained and paid staff to work in these locations for effective responses, continued engagements, reporting, education/awareness prompt and direct actions at every step. This will help in identifying needs, debunking negative press, conducting research, prioritizing needs reducing waste, documentation of my stewardship for the purpose of response and representation that is citizens driven.

Reach out Program : my best approach to effective policies and programs will follow the “Community Outreach approach Model” to effectively communicate with constituents on every framework design or implementation methods and processes of any project program of public interest. I will as much support and promote physical town-hall meetings with constituents to ensure critical understanding. This will not exclude the other forms of engaging the constituents is to ensure probity, transparency through citizens driven/directed approach to solutions, where priorities are spelt out by the beneficiaries/constituents.
