Yesterday, I, along with Dr. Sani Barau and Malam Sani Idris, paid a thank-you visit to His Excellency Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State, accompanied by the Immediate Vice Chancellor of Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Prof. Armaya'u Hamisu Bichi. During the visit, we engaged in productive discussions on key issues, particularly in the education and agriculture sectors. The Governor was joined by his Deputy, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, and other top officials, including the Chief of Staff, Dr. Suleiman Wali; the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Umar Farouk; the Director General of the Kano State Bureau for Statistics, Dr. Aliyu Isa Aliyu; and Hon.
Dalhatu A.A. Bichi, Personal Assistant to the Governor on Pension Matters.

Kano state pension Fund Trustees wishes to inform Pensioners who retired between the years 2020-2023 and are operating accounts with Microfinance banks and whose gratuities are not above two million five hundred thousand naira ( #2,500,000.00) that they should come to the Pension Fund Headquarters @ No.9, Sokoto road on Tuesday 9/9/2025 by 10:00am for a verification exercise .
While at the Headquarters, they should contact office of the Deputy Director Internal Audit.
