*📚 WORLD BOOK & COPYRIGHT DAY | ESSAY & SPOKEN WORD COMPETITION*
The pen is a weapon. The voice is a force. And knowledge, in the hands of a disciplined cadet, is a tool for nation building.
On this World Book & Copyright Day, the Department of Signals & Public Relations - Cadet Initiative NHQ, is calling on every officer and cadet to step forward and be heard.
Write it. Speak it. Post it. Tag us.
The topic is simple but powerful: *"The Power of Knowledge in Service to the Nation."* and we want YOUR perspective on it.
*PARTICIPATION FORMAT*
Officers and cadets may choose either of the following:
a. Essay Submission - A written entry articulating your perspective on the competition topic. Original, well-reasoned, and reflective of the values of discipline and national service.
b. Spoken Word Delivery - A 3-minute recorded or live speech on the competition topic, delivered with composure and conviction.

Time: 1800hrs (06:00pm)
*SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENT*
All participants are required to post their entries on their personal social media platforms and tag the organisation's official handles. _*This is not optional.*_
*ELIGIBILITY*
All Cadre - every officer and cadet across all commands and units is eligible and encouraged to participate.
*RECOGNITION*
