Anambra Decides 2025: It’s Soludo Against Soludo, No Party Contesting with APGA – Ide Umuawulu..…as Governor Soludo inaugurates 482-man Campaign Council

The Convener of Ide Global 4 Soludo Second Term Support Group, High Chief Dr. Azubuike Augustine Ekweozor, Rff (Ide Umuawulu, Nwanayoeze), has declared that the forthcoming Anambra Governorship Election scheduled for November 8, 2025, is not a contest between political parties but rather a reaffirmation of the people’s trust in Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR.

Speaking during the official inauguration of the 482-man APGA Campaign Council held today at the party’s Secretariat in Awka, Ide Umuawulu stated that “Anambra 2025 is simply Soludo against Soludo. APGA has no contest in this election with any party because the good works of Mr. Governor speak louder than campaigns.”

He praised Governor Soludo’s transformational leadership across various sectors, including road infrastructure, education, healthcare, environmental renewal, and youth empowerment, noting that the Governor has laid an irreversible foundation for a livable and prosperous Anambra.

According to him, the unprecedented achievements within just three years in office have endeared the Governor to Ndi Anambra, leaving the opposition parties with no viable grounds to challenge APGA at the polls.

“This campaign is not about empty promises. It is about consolidation and continuity. Ndi Anambra have already seen the difference and are convinced that Oluatuegwu is the only option come November 8,” he affirmed.

The 482-man campaign council, inaugurated by Governor Soludo, is expected to drive a people-centered grassroots mobilization across the 21 Local Government Areas of the state, ensuring a resounding victory for APGA.

High Chief Ekweozor further charged members of the campaign council and all support groups to remain united, disciplined, and focused on delivering nothing short of a landslide victory.

“This is not the time for complacency. We must work together as one family to ensure that Governor Soludo returns for a second term to complete the good work he has started. This election is a referendum on progress, and Ndi Anambra will speak with one voice,” he added.

The event attracted APGA stakeholders, political leaders, traditional rulers, party faithful, and representatives of various support groups who pledged their total commitment to Governor Soludo’s re-election bid.
