I didn’t start in tech.
I transitioned into it.
My journey started as a sales boy in a local business handling different kinds of daily operations.
At the time, I was:
*️⃣ Talking to customers daily
*️⃣Handling inquiries and orders
*️⃣ Following up on payments
*️⃣ Managing checks and balances
*️⃣ Keeping records organized
*️⃣ Solving problems as they came
I didn’t know it then, but that role was teaching me customer support, communication, operations coordination, and problem-solving in real time.
It taught me how to stay calm under pressure and keep things running even during stressful situations.
Later, I became interested in the digital side of business and moved into Digital Marketing with Oriflame.
That experience exposed me to:
✅ Online marketing
✅ Content creation
✅ Audience engagement
✅ Social media communication
✅ Customer relationship building
Then came real estate.
And honestly, that industry sharpened my organizational skills deeply.
I handled:
🖊️ Client follow-ups
🖊️ Property scheduling
🖊️ Inspections
🖊️ Documentation
🖊️ Appointment management
🖊️ Customer inquiries
🖊️ Reporting
🖊️ Transaction coordination
Working across these industries made me notice something important:
A lot of businesses are not struggling because they lack ideas.
They’re struggling because operations become overwhelming.
Missed emails.
Scattered appointments.
Poor follow-ups.
Too many moving parts.
I also noticed customers often returned with the same questions simply because they forgot previous explanations.
So I followed up patiently.
Re-explained things clearly.
Sent product guides in DMs.
Made sure customers felt supported.
That was the moment I realized:
I genuinely enjoy helping businesses stay organized and helping customers feel heard.
That realization pushed me fully into Operations Support and Customer Support.
Today, I help founders and busy professionals:
• Manage workflows better
• Stay organized
• Improve customer communication
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Free up time for growth-focused work
Looking back now, every stage of my journey prepared me for what I do today.
And through communities like Digital Witch Support Community, I learned how to use modern digital tools and remote support systems more effectively.
