This is a leader.
It is unfortunate that Auna district due to selfish interest of some mischievous elements we lost everything politically it baffled me seeing people engaging on conflicted argument over tribal matter instead of we uniting to fight for development to land will develop without accommodating no indigenous member Lagos was what it is today because they accommodate everyone America became a super power nation because it sees everybody knowledgeable as it citizens the idea that ethnic groups is superior over competency is one of characteristics of premitive society.
If a particular ethnic group because the advantage their over other tribe continue thinking negatively then they still have long way to go a good leadership is not about Godfather rather should posses these qualities knowledge and bodily perfection which in wider context implies sound mind moral courage high morale stature and ability to discharge responsibilities.
The essence of this write up is that we engaged on discussion with somebody from Auna district I will not mention name and he told me we from ruling house dominant everything while they are left with nothing I told him categorically that is mediocrety form thinking I was seriously miffed with that assertion.
A courageous figure his courge famous among his counterpart,his political structure contrast significantly with others he abandoned his personal convinience for d betterment of his people.
