DELSACA stands in solidarity with the global community as we commemorate World AIDS Day 2025 under the powerful theme: ‘Overcoming disruption: Sustaining the Nigeria’s HIV response.’We were deeply honored by the attendance of key state leaders, including the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), who represented the Governor, the Head of Service (HOS), the Hon. Commissioners and Permanent Secretaries, the Executive Secretary of DELSACA, Civil societies, civil servants, members of the press, the general public and other esteemed dignitaries. Their commitment underscores the sustained political will in Delta State to combat HIV/AIDS.This report confirms our resilience in transforming the HIV response, ensuring continuous access to prevention, treatment, and care, despite recent challenges.
