Abaye famous (Tallest)caught a man that disposed waste refuses into express gutter by oga Nwadu plaza and he was mandated to pack it immediately.This is to inform the general residents of Ika south that any one caught under this unlawful and unhealthy act will pack the complete waste refuses in that location or you face law court under the by laws regulating environmental policy .
