Who Has Watched This Story?
The story of Mama Monica left me speechless.
I kept asking myself—what exactly do we call this? Is it ingratitude? Wickedness? Or pure selfishness?
Watching this movie wasn’t just entertainment for me—it was an eye-opener. It stirred emotions, raised questions, and even planted doubts in my heart. I told myself I wouldn’t judge too quickly. I decided to watch till the very end, hoping maybe there would be a twist… maybe Papa Monica would reveal something shocking—that Monica wasn’t truly hers.
But from beginning to end, both Part 1 and Part 2 made it clear: Mama Monica is her real mother.
And that’s what makes it even more painful.
The way she treated Monica… the sacrifices Monica made… the lack of appreciation… it wasn’t just unfair—it was deeply wrong. Imagine giving your all, losing yourself for others, and still being seen as a failure. That kind of pain cuts deeper than anything.
This movie didn’t just tell a story—it forced me to reflect on real-life situations. Because truth be told, some people are living this exact reality.
We found ourselves into families that no matter what we do, no one will appreciate you. People rather see everything wrong in what you are doing. Not that they don't know how you are helping them, but just because it is you, no one will appreciate.
Now I’m asking you…
Do you think families like Monica's truly exist in real life, or was this just exaggerated for the movie? 🤔
