One thing I’ve promised myself this year is to show up here, every single day no matter what!

PS: I'm starting 30 DAYS of dropping helpful health tips to keep up with my consistency promise. So stick around, we’re doing this together!

So, today, been the Day 1, I'm showing up with a gentle reminder about something so simple but does a lot in our body WATER 💦
Let’s talk about what water does in your body:✅ Boosts energy ✅ Aids digestion✅ Flushes out toxins ✅ Keeps your skin fresh ✅ Supports kidney function ✅ Helps manage weight ✅ Regulates body temperature.

Sounds like magic? Well, it kind of does wonders in the body😂

How much should you drink? You should drink about 2–3 liters a day (roughly 8–12 cups), depending on your body and lifestyle. And if you haven’t had enough water today, this is your sign to get to it now .
( Yes, you ! I'm taking to you, I mean you reading this🙂😂).

Your health is not a luxury it’s a daily decision.

It’s in the water you drink 💧
The sleep you get 😴
The stress you manage 😮‍💨
And yes, even in the jollof you eat 🍲 (portion control, please 😅)

You don’t have to do it all at once. You can start small

Take a 10-minute walk
Swap soda for water
Rest when your body says “rest!”

Health isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency.

Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live 💚
