🏃🏽‍♀️🎨 TRUST, CONNECTION & A LITTLE BIT OF FUN 🤎🕊️

EBC 2026 wasn’t all sitting, listening and reflecting. Sometimes, we had to get up, move, create, play and connect! 😂🤎

From outdoor exercises and activities that challenged us to trust one another, to drawing each other and seeing ourselves through someone else’s eyes…

And then came one of the sweetest parts — writing love letters to everyone. 💌🥹

It was beautiful to see people step out of their comfort zones, open up, encourage one another and create memories together.

Because sometimes, connection is built not through long conversations, but through trusting someone enough to lean on them, creating together, laughing together and choosing to see the good in one another.🕊️

These moments reminded us that becoming a Better Me also means learning how to build better connections with others. 🤎

A little movement.
A little creativity.
A little vulnerability.
A lot of connection. ✨

MEET THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER FOR APS'26

Dr. Obichi Obiajunwa is an Innovation and Public Health Expert, entrepreneur, and ecosystem builder with expertise in research commercialization, innovation management, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and public health.

He works with universities, researchers, innovators, innovation hubs, government institutions, and professionals to transform ideas and research into practical, scalable solutions. Through the Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship, he has trained and supported professionals and young people to develop innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial capabilities.

He is also the founder of Theragist, an emerging digital mental health platform focused on making accessible, affordable, and scalable mental health support available to more people. His work with Theragist reflects his broader interest in using technology, behavioural science, and innovation to address pressing public health challenges.

🍽️ GOOD FOOD, GOOD COMPANY, GOOD MEMORIES 🕊️🤎

EBC people came to learn, reflect, grow… but let’s not lie, we also came to eat! 😂😂

Between the sessions, meditation, exercises and all the activities, there were moments to sit together, enjoy good food, gist, laugh and recharge. 🤎

And even during our mealtimes, we practiced what EBC was all about — mindfulness.🧘🏽‍♀️✨

At each appointed mealtime, we were encouraged to eat with mindfulness — being present, appreciating the food, paying attention to the experience, and simply enjoying each bite.

Because EBC wasn’t just about what happened during the sessions. It was about learning to be more present in the little moments too. 🕊️

🕊️🤎 Celebrating 13 Journeys of Growth

Thirteen candidates. Two days of learning, reflection, meditation, connection and personal growth.

At the end of EBC 2026, each candidate received a certificate in recognition of their participation and commitment throughout the programme.

But beyond the certificate is the experience behind it — the lessons learned, the moments of stillness, the conversations shared, the courage to look inward, and the willingness to become a better version of oneself.

We are proud of every one of our 15 candidates and the journey they embarked on during EBC 2026. ✨

May the lessons from these two days go beyond the classroom and into their everyday lives, relationships and communities.
