TRIBUTE TO A SPIRITUAL GIANT.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. "Surely we belong to God, and to Him we shall return" .

The APC Connect family joins millions in Nigeria and beyond in mourning the passing of a legendary Islamic scholar and spiritual leader, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, who returned to his Creator today, Thursday, 27th November 2025 .

Sheikh Bauchi was more than a cleric; he was a towering figure of faith, humility, and wisdom . His life was a blessing, wholly dedicated to the service of Allah and humanity . For decades, he devoted himself to the propagation of Islam, the teaching of the Holy Qur'an, and the moral and spiritual upliftment of society . Through his numerous schools and learning centres, he nurtured thousands of students who have gone on to spread Islamic knowledge across the African continent .

He was a unifying voice for peace, tolerance, and understanding, leaving an indelible mark on Nigeria's intellectual and spiritual landscape .

We pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, forgives his shortcomings and grants him the highest ranks of Aljannatul Firdaus .

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, his vast followers, his students, and the entire Muslim Ummah. May Allah grant you all the fortitude to bear this immense loss .

His legacy of knowledge and peace will continue to illuminate our path. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Ameen.
