We are pleased to announce that Girls Tech Gap has officially evolved into the Economic Equity Program (EEP) and will now be part of EDCAI's suite of programs.

This rebranding marks a strategic expansion of our scope beyond technology to include multiple male-dominated sectors of the economy, enabling us to drive broader, more sustainable impact. Through EEP, we are strengthening our commitment to increasing women’s participation, skills, and leadership across high-growth industries, while advancing inclusive economic development.

The Economic Equity Program reflects our renewed focus on skills transfer, career pathway development, and policy-driven solutions that accelerate women’s economic empowerment at scale.
