For three transformative months, OutSource Global spearheaded the remarkable OTNI (Outsource To Nigeria Initiative), an empowering program close to my heart as its dedicated facilitator. At its core, OTNI aimed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of Customer Service and its vital ethics.
Guiding eager minds, I immersed trainees in the intricacies of Customer Service, nurturing their skills and cultivating a profound sense of professionalism. Through interactive sessions and real-world simulations, we delved deep into the nuances of customer interactions, emphasizing empathy, communication, and problem-solving.
Each day presented a new opportunity to inspire and empower, as trainees embraced the ethos of service excellence. From mastering conflict resolution to honing active listening skills, every lesson was a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth.
