Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un

It is with profound sadness and a deep sense of loss that I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Alhaji Liman Wan, particularly to my dear brother and former Member of the Jigawa State House of Assembly representing Kaugama Constituency, Hon. Shehu Liman Wan, and the entire people of Yalleman and Kaugama Local Government Area over the demise of their beloved father, who passed away today, Friday.

The death of Alhaji Liman Wan is a great loss not only to his immediate family but also to the entire community. He was a respected elder, a man of wisdom, integrity, and exemplary character who devoted his life to the service of humanity and the development of his community. His legacy of kindness, humility, and leadership will continue to inspire generations.

At this moment of grief, I share in the pain of the bereaved family and pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants them the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. May Allah forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, expand his grave, illuminate it with His mercy, and admit him into Aljannatul Firdaus.

On behalf of my family and the good people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency, I offer my sincere condolences to Hon. Shehu Liman Wan, the entire Liman Wan family, and all those affected by this painful loss.

May the soul of Alhaji Liman Wan rest in perfect peace, and may Allah grant him eternal bliss in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PLENARY SESSION – 10TH JUNE, 2026

Today, I joined my distinguished colleagues at the House of Representatives plenary session, presided over by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Tajudeen Abbas, Ph.D

During the sitting, we deliberated on several important legislative matters and national issues aimed at promoting good governance, strengthening our institutions, and advancing the development of our country.

As representatives of the people, we remain dedicated to pursuing policies and initiatives that will foster peace, security, economic growth, and sustainable development across the nation.

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PLENARY SESSION

9th june, 2026

Today, I had the privilege of joining my esteemed colleagues in the House of Representatives during the plenary session presided over by the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
Rt. Hon Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D

During the session, we deliberated on several critical national issues, particularly the growing security challenges facing our country. In my contribution, I called on the House to urgently consider and take decisive steps toward the establishment of State Police across Nigeria.

I emphasized that, given the current security realities, State Police has become a necessity, as each state is better positioned to understand and effectively respond to its unique security challenges in a timely manner. Such a system would strengthen community-based policing, improve intelligence gathering, and enhance the overall security architecture of the nation.

Furthermore, I urged the leadership of the House and the general public to recognize, encourage, and motivate security personnel—especially officers of the Nigeria Police Force—for their sacrifices and dedication to maintaining internal security.

As an example, I referenced the recent successful rescue operation in oyo State, where police officers rescued a kidnapped mother and her twin children. Despite this commendable achievement, the officers involved received little public recognition.

Together, we must continue to support initiatives and reforms that will strengthen our security institutions and ensure the safety and well-being of all Nigerians.

A madadina, iyalina, da kuma al’ummar Mazabar Tarayya ta Mallammadori/Kaugama, ina miƙa saƙon ta’aziyyata ga ɗan uwana kuma abokin aiki na, Hon. Abubakar Hassan Fulata, Mamba mai wakiltar Mazabar Tarayya ta Birniwa, Guri da Kirikasamma, bisa rasuwar ‘yarsa Barrister Salma Abubakar Fulata.

Labarin rasuwarta ya zo mana da matuƙar kaɗuwa da alhini. A wannan lokaci mai cike da jimami, muna taya iyalan Fulata alhinin wannan babban rashi, tare da addu’ar Allah Ya ba su haƙuri da juriyar ɗaukar wannan ƙaddara mai raɗaɗi.

Mutuwa haƙiƙa hukuncin Allah ne da babu mai tsere masa, domin kowane rai mai ɗanɗanar mutuwa ne. Sai dai rasuwar ɗa ko ɗiya na daga cikin mafi girman jarabawa da ke taɓa zuciyar ɗan Adam. Muna roƙon Allah Maɗaukakin Sarki da Ya gafarta wa marigayiya kura-kuranta, Ya karɓi ayyukanta na alheri, Ya kuma ba ta mafificin matsayi a Aljannatul Firdaus.

Muna kuma addu’ar Allah Ya ba mijinta, ɗiyarta, iyalanta, abokanta da dukkan masoyanta haƙuri, juriya da ƙarfin guiwar jure wannan babban rashi.

Tunaninmu da addu’o’inmu suna tare da Hon. Abubakar Hassan Fulata da daukacin iyalansa a wannan lokaci na jimami.

Today, I had the honor of visiting my constituency, where I extended my heartfelt condolences to the people of Dakayyawa over the passing of two respected community members, Late Malam Auwal Ibrahim Dakayyawa and Late Alhaji Idris Enoch (Sarkin Kano) Dakayyawa.

I pray that Almighty Allah forgives their shortcomings, grants them Aljannatul Firdaus, and gives their families, friends, and the entire Dakayyawa community the strength and patience to bear this great loss.

I also had the privilege of attending the Wedding Fatiha of the daughter of my Brother, Alhaji Suleman Abubakar Yalleman, in Yalleman Town. It was a joyous and memorable occasion, bringing together family, friends, and well-wishers in celebration.

I pray that Almighty Allah blesses the newlyweds with a happy, peaceful, and prosperous marriage filled with love, understanding, good health, and abundant blessings.

HON. MAKKI ABUBAKAR YALLEMAN JOINS MUSLIMS FOR EID EL-ADHA PRAYERS IN YALLEMAN

The Member representing Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Makki Abubakar Yalleman, today joined thousands of Muslim faithful to observe the Eid El-Adha prayer in his hometown of Yalleman town, Kaugama LGA, Jigawa State.

The Eid prayer was attended by prominent personalities, including former Governor of Jigawa State, Ibrahim Saminu Turaki, traditional leaders, political associates, community elders, and other dignitaries from within and outside the constituency.

The gathering reflected the spirit of unity, peace, sacrifice, and devotion which Eid El-Adha symbolizes in Islam. Residents of Yalleman town turned out in large numbers to participate in the prayer session and exchange goodwill messages with leaders and fellow citizens.

Speaking after the prayers, Hon. Makki Abubakar Yalleman urged the people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency and Nigerians at large to continue promoting peaceful coexistence, mutual understanding, and support for one another, especially during this sacred season.

He emphasized the importance of sustaining prayers for the peace, stability, and progress of Jigawa State and the nation as a whole, while also encouraging citizens to uphold the values of sacrifice, compassion, and unity exemplified by Eid El-Adha.

The lawmaker also appreciated the continuous support and prayers of the people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency, reaffirming his commitment to delivering effective representation and people-oriented initiatives across the constituency.

My dear people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency,

On the joyous occasion of Eid Kabir, I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt congratulations to all Muslims and the entire good people of our constituency.

Eid Kabir is a season of sacrifice, obedience, love, and compassion. It reminds us of the importance of faith in Almighty Allah, selflessness, unity, and support for one another, especially the less privileged among us.

As we celebrate this blessed festival with our families and loved ones, I urge us all to continue to pray for peace, progress, unity, and prosperity in Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency, Jigawa State, and our dear nation, Nigeria.

Yesterday at Dutse Stadium, I attended the affirmation of the Executive Governor of Jigawa State, His Excellency Umar A Namadi FCA, as the consensus governorship candidate of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, ahead of the 2027 general elections, in line with the provisions of the party’s constitution.

The massive turnout and overwhelming support reflected the unity, confidence, and collective commitment within our party towards sustaining good governance, continuity, and the ongoing development of Jigawa State.

I sincerely congratulated His Excellency Malam Umar A Namadi FCA, on this significant milestone and prayed that Almighty Allah would grant him continued wisdom, strength, and success as we collectively worked for the progress and prosperity of our dear state and our great party.
