We are pleased to share another important milestone for Menara Desa — the registered individual land titles have officially been received, just three months after the issuance of the Occupation Certificate (OC).

On behalf of Glowbest Sdn. Bhd., I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Director of the Sabah Lands and Surveys Department, the former Director, all Heads of Department, officers, and every member of the Lands and Surveys team who contributed to the processing and issuance of these titles.

We deeply appreciate the professionalism, cooperation and commitment demonstrated throughout the process. Achieving this milestone within three months of OC is especially meaningful to us and, most importantly, to our purchasers and stakeholders.
