马华霹雳州公共服务及投诉局与马华霹雳志工团日前再度前往怡保安邦花园，探访早前接获求助的一户弱势家庭，持续跟进个案进展，并为该家庭提供进一步援助。
此次探访中，特别安排了理发师义工，为一家人提供免费理发服务，让他们在生活困境中感受到社会的关怀与温暖，同时也提升基本生活的整洁。
令人欣慰的是，该个案在社会上获得广泛关注，来自各界的善心人士与机构纷纷伸出援手，捐款陆续到位，有效缓解了家庭的经济压力。
此外，马华霹雳州公共服务及投诉局也已成功协调物理治疗资源，为黄志良安排上门物理治疗服务。在短期及长期规划下，由专业治疗师定期提供治疗，期望能逐步改善其身体状况，提升行动能力与生活素质。

The MCA Perak Public Services and Complaints Bureau together with MCA perak CRSM recently revisited a vulnerable family in Taman Ampang, Ipoh, to follow up on their situation and continue providing necessary assistance.
During the visit, a team of volunteer hairstylists was specially arranged to offer complimentary haircuts to the family members. The initiative not only addressed their basic grooming needs but also brought warmth, care, and a sense of dignity to the household amidst their ongoing challenges.
Encouragingly, the case has garnered widespread attention from the community. Donations from kind-hearted individuals and organizations have been received from various sources, helping to ease the family’s financial burden.
In addition, the bureau has successfully coordinated physiotherapy support for Mr. Ng Chee Leong by arranging home-based treatment services. Under both short-term and long-term plans, a professional therapist will provide regular sessions, with the aim of gradually improving his physical condition, mobility, and overall quality of life.
The bureau affirmed that it will continue to monitor the case closely and actively connect the family with additional resources, striving to ensure more sustainable and long-term support for their well-being.
