ဖူးပွင့်စ (Phoo Pwint Sa) စီမံကိန်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း အရှိန်အဟုန်ဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လျက်ရှိသော ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီးမှုဆိုင်ရာ ကဏ္ဍများ (Cultural and Creative Industries - CCIs) ကို ပိုမိုစနစ်ကျ၍ အဆင့်အတန်းမြင့်မားသော ပညာရှင်အဆင့် ရောက်ရှိစေရန်နှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော စီးပွားရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များ ဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်သည့် ၂ နှစ်တာ စီမံကိန်းတစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် ဖက်ရှင် (Fashion)၊ ဗီဒီယိုဂိမ်းနှင့် အီးစပေါ့တ်စ် (Video Games & Esports)၊ ဝဘ်တွန်း (Webtoon) စသည့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီးမှုနယ်ပယ်များတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးစွမ်းဆောင်ရှင်များ ပျိုးထောင်ရေးနှင့် မူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာ စနစ်တကျ ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ဦးတည်လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

ဖက်ရှင်ကဏ္ဍ မြှင့်တင်ရေး - Défilé de Mode ဖက်ရှင်ရှိုးပြပွဲ၊ အဆင့်မြင့် Upcycling Fashion Masterclass များနှင့် ထိုင်း-မြန်မာ ဖက်ရှင်ဒီဇိုင်နာများအကြား နိုင်ငံတကာအတွေ့အကြုံဖလှယ်ရေး (Peer-to-Peer Exchange) အစီအစဉ်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ဂိမ်းနှင့် အီးစပေါ့တ်စ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး - Game Storm Game Jam (၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း ဂိမ်းအသစ်များ ဖန်တီးခြင်း)၊ အမျိုးသမီးဖန်တီးရှင်များအတွက် စာတွေ့လက်တွေ့ လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးခဲ့သည့် THUMA 2026: Game Design Competition & Workshop၊ National Esports Championship နှင့် ပါရီမြို့ Esports World Cup သို့ သွားရောက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သည့် အသင်းများအတွက် Fan Meeting များအပြင် ပရိသတ် ၇၀၀ ကျော် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သော Myanmar Game Awards 2026 ကို ကြီးကျယ်ခမ်းနားစွာ စီစဉ်ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

The Phoo Pwint Sa (PPS) project, implemented by the Institut français de Birmanie (IFB) and funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, officially marks its first anniversary.

The Phoo Pwint Sa Project is a two-year initiative dedicated to professionalizing high-growth Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) in Myanmar and fostering sustainable economic opportunities. By focusing on dynamic sectors, namely Fashion, Video Games & Esports, and Webtoon, the project aims to directly empower youth, women, and creative talents through specialized acceleration programs, international masterclasses, entrepreneurship incubation, and sectoral policy development.

Over the past 12 months, PPS has brought together industry pioneers, emerging artists, and institutions through an impactful lineup of activities:
Sectoral Dialogues & Forums: Hosted the flagship Cultural & Creative Industries Forum engaging over 1,450 participants, alongside the Green Economy Day, Women Entrepreneurship Day, and the presentation of the comprehensive Myanmar CCIs Sectoral Report.

Fashion Innovations: Successfully staged the Défilé de Mode Fashion Show, conducted intensive Upcycling Fashion Masterclasses, and facilitated a Thailand-Myanmar Peer-to-Peer Fashion Exchange.

Gaming & Esports Ecosystem: Accelerated local talents through the Game Storm Game Jam, empowered women developers through the hands-on THUMA 2026: Game Design Competition & Workshop, hosted the National Esports Championship, organized international send-off fan meetings for teams bound for Paris, and successfully presented the prestigious Myanmar Game Awards 2026.

Incubation & Entrepreneurship: Empowered aspiring founders through the Creative Entrepreneurs Bootcamp, and selected 13 dynamic incubatees through formal pitching sessions to receive extensive mentorship and development grants, prominently showcased through the Creative Business Yetwon networking platform.

Webtoon & Creative Expression: Celebrated women creators through the "Her Voice, Her Power" Webtoon Competition during Women's Rights Day, and advanced technical storytelling expertise through the intensive, two-day Webtoon Masterclass for local comic artists.

As we step into the remaining 10 months of our program timeline, PPS will continue to elevate Myanmar’s creative sector through specialized mentoring sessions led by esteemed experts from Myanmar and France, as well as exclusive masterclasses and collaborative knowledge exchanges featuring leading professionals and thought leaders from across ASEAN countries. Along with intensive accelerator tracks across the Fashion, Gaming, and Webtoon disciplines, numerous showcases and impactful opportunities will be rolled out continuously.

A special 2.5-day Masterclass will be held on September 21, 22, and 23, led by the French Institute of Myanmar under the Phoo Pwint Sa program, to help Myanmar fashion designers develop their fashion products and take them to the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) level for greater success and long-term growth.

Led directly by designers from Victim of The Prime—a contemporary Vietnamese Ready-to-Wear brand. The masterclass will focus on the opportunities and challenges within Vietnam and Southeast Asia’s RTW fashion markets, creative and commercial strategies, production scaling, inventory management, and operational preparation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Myanmar national aged 18 or above.

- Fashion designer with at least 3 years of professional experience and a commitment to scaling your business.

- Full availability for the entire training duration (September 21–23, 2026), practical assignments, and the Networking Event on the evening of September 22.

- Strong passion and dedication toward expanding both creative practice and business operations.

Applications will be reviewed by the Phoo Pwint Sa team based on professional experience, background, motivation, sector impact potential, and cohort diversity.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an informal interview prior to final confirmation.

The final episode of the Fashion Masterclass Series reflects on the shared cultural connections between Thailand and Myanmar, while featuring insights from our mentors, fashion designer Mr. Wisharawish Akarasantisook and textile expert Prof. Wuthigrai Siriphon, Ph.D.

We believe that this two-and-a-half-day Fashion Masterclass, organized by the Phoo Pwint Sa, was an important first step toward building stronger and long-term connections between the fashion communities of Myanmar and neighboring countries.

Today’s documentary introduces Ko Thi Han Kyaw, Founder of Tytenium, a creative brand that continuously explores innovative designs by blending Myanmar’s traditional heritage with contemporary fashion trends.

As a participant in the Phoo Pwint Sa Incubation Programme and the founder of a successful local fashion business, Ko Thi Han Kyaw shares his experiences, insights, and techniques gained from the two-and-a-half-day Masterclass, while reflecting on the programme from the perspective of an established fashion designer in Myanmar.

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇူလိုင်လ ၆၊ ၇၊ ၈ ရက်နေ့တွေမှာ ဖူးပွင့်စစီမံကိန်းဟာ အိမ်နီးချင်းထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနဲ့အတူ Peer-to-Peer Fashion Exchange Programme ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ Creative Economy ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ရေးနဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ Creative Network ပိုမိုခိုင်မာလာစေရေးဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းဖက်ရှင်ဒီဇိုင်နာများအား နိုင်ငံတကာပညာရှင်များနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးတဲ့ ဒီလိုမျိုး ၂ ရက်ခွဲကြာ Masterclass ကို ဦးဆောင်ကျင်းပခဲ့ခြင်းဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီ Masterclass မှာဆိုရင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှ နာမည်ကြီး ဖက်ရှင်ဒီဇိုင်နာတစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ Mr. Wisharawish Akarasantisook နဲ့အတူ အထည်အလိပ်ပညာရှင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ Prof. Wuthigrai Siriphon, Ph.D. စတဲ့ ထင်ရှားကျော်ကြားတဲ့ expert တွေကို ဂုဏ်ယူစွာ ဖိတ်ကြားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့မျိုးဆက်သစ်ဒီဇိုင်နာတွေက ဒီလို ကျွမ်းကျင်တဲ့ ပညာရှင်တွေမှတစ်ဆင့် ရိုးရာယဉ်ကျေးမှုအမွေအနှစ်များကို ခေတ်ပြိုင် ကမ္ဘာအဆင့်မှီ ဖက်ရှင်အဖြစ်သို့ ဘယ်လိုပြောင်းလဲဖန်တီးနိုင်မလဲဆိုတာကို လေ့လာသင်ယူခွင့် ရရှိခဲ့ကြပြီး အိမ်နီးချင်း (၂)နိုင်ငံကြား အထည်အလိပ်ဖန်တီးမှုဆိုင်ရာ နည်းစနစ်နဲ့ နည်းပညာတွေကို အဓိကထား ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်ခွင့်တွေ ရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

ဒီ Masterclass မှတစ်ဆင့် သင်တန်းသားတွေဟာ Knowledge, Experience နဲ့ Idea Sharing အများကြီး လုပ်ခဲ့ကြပြီးတော့ သူတို့ရဲ့ အသိပညာဖလှယ်မှုတွေအားလုံးကို ဒီရက်သတ္တပတ်အတွင်းမှာ ဖူးပွင်းစ Page မှတစ်ဆင့် ရုပ်သံမှတ်တမ်းတို Series အဖြစ် ထုတ်လွှင့်တင်ဆက်ပေးသွားပါမယ်။

ဒီ Series လေးရဲ့ ပထမဆုံး ရုပ်သံမှတ်တမ်းလေးကတော့ Mr. Wisharawish နဲ့ Dr. Wuthigrai တို့က မြန်မာ့မျိုးဆက်သစ် ဒီဇိုင်နာတွေရဲ့ Potential နဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ အမြင်တွေကို မျှဝေပေးထားတဲ့ Video လေးဘဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။၂ ရက်ခွဲကြာတဲ့ Fashion Masterclass မှာ သင်တန်းသားတွေအနေနဲ့ ဘယ်လိုမျိုး အခက်အခဲတွေကို ကျော်ဖြတ်ပြီး ဘယ်လိုမျိုး Creative Collaboration လေးတွေ လုပ်သွားတယ်ဆိုတာလေး ကြည့်ရှုလိုက်ကြရအောင်နော်။

On 6th, 7th and 8th July 2026, Phoo Pwint Sa successfully hosted the Peer-to-Peer Fashion Exchange Programme in collaboration with partner organisations from neighbouring Thailand. As part of our efforts to promote Myanmar’s Creative Economy and strengthen local creative networks, Phoo Pwint Sa organised this two-and-a-half-day Fashion Masterclass to connect emerging Myanmar fashion designers with international experts and facilitate knowledge exchange across borders.

We were honoured to welcome renowned Thai fashion designer Mr. Wisharawish Akarasantisook and textile expert Prof. Wuthigrai Siriphon, Ph.D. as guest speakers. Together with a new generation of Myanmar designers, they explored how traditional cultural heritage can be reimagined through contemporary fashion, while sharing creative approaches and textile-making techniques between the two neighbouring countries.

Throughout the Masterclass, participants exchanged knowledge, ideas, and experiences across generations. Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing a series of short documentary videos capturing these conversations and the participants’ experiences.

In the first episode, Mr. Wisharawish and Dr. Wuthigrai share their perspectives on the potential and future of Myanmar’s emerging fashion designers. Join us as we look back at the two-and-a-half-day Fashion Masterclass and discover how participants navigated challenges, exchanged ideas, and explored new possibilities for creative collaboration across generations.

သြဂုတ်လ (၉) ရက်၊ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ Rose Garden Hotel တွင် ပြင်သစ်ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဌာန - Institut français de Birmanie (IFB) သည် ဖူးပွင့်စ စီမံကိန်းမှတစ်ဆင့် Game Makers Myanmar နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ပထမဦးဆုံးသော Myanmar Game Awards (MGA) 2026 ပွဲကြီးကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဤပွဲသည် မြန်မာ့ဂိမ်းလောက အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကြီး တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့သမျှကို ဂုဏ်ပြုသည့်နေ့တစ်နေ့ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

On 9th August 2026, at the Rose Garden Hotel, Yangon, Institut français de Birmanie (IFB), through its Phoo Pwint Sa project, partnered with Game Makers Myanmar to bring Myanmar's first-ever Myanmar Game Awards (MGA) 2026 to life, a celebration of everything Myanmar's gaming community has built.

The day began with a Panel Discussion on the current state of the gaming industry, its opportunities and its challenges. This was followed by Pitch Competitions, where developers presented their work across three award categories: Game of the Year, Best Mobile Game, and Best Game Direction. Alongside this, a Cosplay Competition crowned Best Cosplayer and Best New Face, with a Cosplay Showcase and a lively Game Corner rounding out the day, bringing together developers, cosplayers and fans in celebration of the local gaming scene.

Moments like these are exactly what the Phoo Pwint Sa project is here for. Strengthening Myanmar's cultural and creative industries, including gaming, is one of the project's main goals, and each event helps build a stronger foundation for the next generation of developers.
