As every nationality of every country in the world cannot go against the laws and principles that occur and change parallel to the times in history, it is natural that the administration system must also change from old to new according to the current of time. us democratic nation, building eternal peace and reconciliation among the different national races. As Kayah State is a part of the Union, it must surely take part in this changing process. Not only must the natives of Kayah State live side by side in peace and harmony, they must also associate themselves with the natives of other states and regions in long-term equality. Only on this basic policy can the goal to a developed and prosperous democratic nation be reached. Thus, it is believed that a leading political party representing Kayah State is particularly needed to be founded.
2. Only then all the national races residing in Kayah State, irrespective of their race, religion, gender or young and old, can join the party which can then be transmitted to the future generations. The party believes and hopes that the whole mass of Kayah State, including all the national races in the state, will participate, give encouragement and support as well as provide valuable advice with constructive intention to the Party. With these beliefs and expectations, the All Nationals Democracy Party, the sole political party that represents Kayah State, was founded on March 27, 2013 in Loikaw. This Party heartily welcomes the participation, encouragement and support of not only the natives of Kayah State but also all the other national races living in it. Our Vision

It is believed that the comfortable economic circumstances of the whole mass of Kayah State, the reduction of poverty, freedom from fear and shame, raising the levels in the education and health sectors, building new roads and bridges to overcome the difficulty of road and communication, etc, are the main problems that the people of Kayah State encounter today and need to be eliminated soon.
4. Besides, the decisive factors like regional security, peace and mutual respects among the national races, living together in unity, peace and harmony, and rallying around each other in time of trouble, etc, are to be highlighted and fostered by the “Co-Fraternity spirit” that needs to flourish forever. Only when there is this strong spirit among the people of Kayah State, there will be development not only in Kayah State but also in the whole nation, thus leading quickly to the building of a new democratic nation. In order to bring about these visions, the All Nationals Democracy Party representing Kayah State is founded. Our Mission
5. The following tasks will be carried out according to the political intention of the party. (a) Implementation of the political, economic and social objectives laid down by the Party. (b) Honoring and valuing the integrity of Kayah State and raising the lives of the people in Kayah State. (c) Participation of The All Nationals Democracy Party (Kayah State) in the building of a modern developed democratic nation. (d) The natives residing in Kayah State be free of regional bias, religion bias and treating each other affectionately, intimately and equally like brothers and sisters. (e) The emergence of the Kayah State Government that will respect and value the desire and decision of the public and that will elucidate and safeguard the welfare of the public. (f) In elucidating the essence of multi-party democratic system, not to regard other rival parties as enemies but competing with them fairly and with honour. (g) To form a coalition with any party that wins the multi-party democratic election and work together with it for the welfare of Kayah State. (h) To produce new generation youths for the long-term existence of the party and for competing in every election. (i) To be able to practise and enjoy the fundamental human rights and all the freedom rights of the public in Kayah State like all countries in the world. (j) To help preserve the literature, culture and customs of each national race and work for the improvement of the Constitution. (k) To upgrade the living standard and rights of the workers who are the basic people of the country. (l) To invite social organizations from within the country and abroad and let them work freely in upgrading the living standard of the public in remote areas. (m) To work for the improvement of road and communication as well as in the transportation sector as they are the socio-economic barriers for the development of the state.
