NATIONAL LEVEL – 4TH RUNNER-UP
(Nestle Wellness Campus Program S.Y. 2021-2022)
It was all started from an unexpected invite by Ma’am Eden Matillano Billones, District of Barotac Nuevo Health Coordinator to join in the said competition and until we decided to accept the challenge. Before pondering the decision we made, a lot of uncertainties had crossed our minds. Can we actually make it? Do we have resources to use? Can we accomplish the task in a short period of time? At first, we were troubled but one thing that kept us to stand firmly with our decision was to BELIEVE IN OURSELVES! We experienced many sleepless nights and exhausting activities for the implementation but none of them mattered. We always believe that if you’re passionate with something you do and you enjoy it wholeheartedly, it always brings out sweet success!
Accomplishing the tasks for the implementation of NWCP became less difficult for us through the help and encouragement given by our ever dynamic, generous and passionate School Head, Mr. Nestor S. Bretaña, Jr. together with the hardworking faculty and staff of Salihid National High. Also, we’re very grateful to the different stakeholders and to other concerned persons who unselfishly extended their help in many ways. You did not waver in helping us from the start of the Division Level, then to the Regional Level and until we finally reached the competition in the National Level. We may not possibly name you all one by one but sincerely, no words could ever expressed the gratefulness that we felt and experienced because of your support. Above all, we offer this achievement to the Almighty God above for the guidance and protection!
