Barbara Ge**er is Head of Global Technical and Commercial Training at the DRÄXLMAIER Group, with over 22 years of experience in vocational education. For the past 12 years, she has played a leading role in developing and scaling high-quality, dual-based training systems across 30 sites in 11 countries. Her work reflects a strong belief that investing in vocational education is not only about securing talent — but about safeguarding the future of our industries and society as a whole.

Milan Damchevski has been a dedicated member of ProCredit Bank for 14 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable economic development. Since September 2022, he has served as a Member of the Managing Board, overseeing MSME business development, Human Resources, and Treasury. His leadership has significantly contributed to the growth of the bank’s business portfolio—including increases in loans, deposits, documentary business, client base, and transaction volume.
With deep expertise in banking and management, Milan also serves as a mentor at the ProCredit Management Academy, helping train the next generation of leaders across the ProCredit Group.

As part of the Young Energy Europe project, the had the incredible opportunity to visit Kentaur Impex , one of the leading metal fabrication companies in the region. We’re truly grateful to Kentaur for opening their doors to us and for their warm hospitality. Experiences like this help bring energy efficiency to life for the next generation.

Inside the factory, they didn’t just observe — they engaged.
Guided by experienced mentors, they got hands-on with professional measuring instruments used in energy efficiency audits:

AHK Nordmazedonien I АХК Северна Македонија организира меѓуиспити за учениците од трета година од профилите Техничар за индустриска мехатроника и Техничар за производно машинство, во рамки на дуалното стручно образование според германски модел.

Испитите се одржуваат од 10 до 20 март во партнерските училишта во Велес, Кавадарци, Охрид, Прилеп, Битола, Куманово и Тетово. Тие служат за проверка на знаењето на учениците и како показател за квалитетот на практичната обука во училиштата и компаниите.

Овие испити се дел од системот за осигурување квалитет, кој вклучува и завршни испити со теоретски и практичен дел на крајот од образованието.
Со успешното полагање, учениците добиваат сертификат за дуално образование по германски стандарди, кој претставува силна предност за нивниот понатамошен развој и вработување – дома и во странство.

Die AHK Nordmazedonien I АХК Северна Македонија organisiert Zwischenprüfungen für Schüler im dritten Jahrgang der Profile Techniker für Industriemechatronik und Techniker für Produktionsanlagen, im Rahmen der dualen Berufsausbildung nach deutschem Modell.

Die Prüfungen fanden vom 10. bis 20. März in den Partnerschulen in Veles, Kavadarci, Ohrid, Prilep, Bitola, Kumanovo und Tetovo statt. Sie dienen zur Wissensüberprüfung der Schüler und zur Bewertung der Ausbildungsqualität in Schulen und Unternehmen.

Als Teil der Qualitätssicherung im dualen System folgen am Ende der Ausbildung auch Abschlussprüfungen mit Theorie- und Praxisteil.
Mit dem Bestehen erhalten die Schüler ein Zertifikat nach deutschen Standards, das ihnen klare Vorteile für ihren weiteren beruflichen Weg – national wie international – bietet.
