🎯La conférence de l’Institut pour la Refondation de la République (IFR) s’est tenue ce samedi 09 mai au petit palais Mahamasina. Cette plateforme rassemble plusieurs partis politiques, associations, députés, citoyens engagés et surtout la Génération Z Officielle Madagascar. Cette dernière a joué un rôle important sur le terrain dans la mise en œuvre de cette dynamique de réforme.

⏩️Leur objectif commun est de préparer une nouvelle Constitution permettant l’entrée dans la Cinquième République, fondée sur l’autonomie régionale.

🟣Lors de son discours, la Présidente du parti Isika Mpandresy Rija ETHEL a souligné que ce sont les actions de terrain qui font avancer le peuple, et non uniquement les décisions prises autour des tables de réunion. Elle a également affirmé que si Madagascar veut réellement évoluer, la répartition des richesses doit être équitable jusque dans chaque fokontany.

🎯The conference of the Institute for the Refoundation of the Republic (IFR) was held on Saturday, May 9. This platform brings together several political parties, associations, members of parliament, ordinary citizens, and especially the Official Gen Z Madagascar movement. The latter played a key role on the ground in driving this reform initiative forward.

⏩️Their shared objective is to prepare a new Constitution that would pave the way for the Fifth Republic, based on regional autonomy.

🟣During her speech, the President of Isika Mpandresy RAZAFIMANDIMBY Rija Ethel Niaina, emphasized that real progress for the people comes from grassroots action rather than decisions made only around meeting tables. He also stated that if Madagascar truly wants change, wealth distribution must be fair and balanced down to every local community (fokontany).
