كيف تغير نفسك....................................؟🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
1 اطلب من الله العون والمساعدة صل ركعتين لقضاء حاجتك وادعوه بما تريد
2اخلص نيتك لله
3 التغيير الحقيقى الذى ينبع من داخلك وبإرادتك ليس بإرادة غيرك اتخذ قرارك بنفسك
4ضع خطة للتغيير وحدد أهدافك ووسائل الوصول إليها وكيفية تنفيذها
5 تحمل مسئولية التغييرولا تلقى باللوم على الأخرين
6 لا تقارن نفسك بالأخرين حتى لا تصاب بالإحباط ولكن قارن نفسك بما كنت عليه وما وصلت غليه الأن
7لا تجلد نفسك وكن رحيما بها كافأها على إنجازتها
8 حاسب نفسك كن منضبطا فى تنفيذ خطتك
9 ثق بالله وتوكل عليه يهبك الثقة بنفسك
10 كن واثقا من نفسك وابتعد عن المحبطين
11 اختر صحبة صالحة تعينك على التغيير
12قسم خطتك إلى مراحل وكافأ نفسك عند كل مرحلة
13 ادرس المشاكل التى واجهتك وحاول أن تحلها
14 قبل تنفيذ هذه الخطوات نظف الماضى بأن تنساه وتدرس أخطاءه حتى لا تقع فيها مرة أخرى
