The harvest may be over, but the work to share our story is just hitting its stride. Following the 2025 harvest, North Dakota representatives joined U.S. Wheat Associates for 37 Crop Quality Seminars across 45 countries, reaching over 1,500 international buyers.

From Asia to Europe, we combined technical data with the real-life story of our family farms:

Dr. Shahidul Islam (NDSU) shared technical lab insights on milling and baking performance with customers in Southeast Asia.

Chairman Mark Birdsall brought the story of his family’s farming practices to life for buyers in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Erica Olson (NDWC) discussed HRS and durum quality data and varietal trends with high-value European markets.

These conversations are the foundation of the long-standing relationships that keep U.S. wheat as the preferred choice worldwide. Read the full recap here: https://www.ndwheat.com/post/2025-crop-quality-seminars-taking-u-s-wheat-to-the-global-stage
