Our hearts are talking to us all the time
Through all kind of subtle sensations
Do you listen to it? What do you hear?
Can you pause? Can you feel?
Can you let it unfold in silence and prayer?
Can you make space for it to finally speak?
The organ - our heart - is the first one to be developped when we are in our mother's wombs
It has so much memory
It carries with so much courage and resilience all our stories, our experiences, our buried feelings
And yet, it still beats
And yet, it still carries the flow of Life through bloodstream
And yet, it keeps giving Life to all of our self

Christmas holidays are a challenge for many people, but somehow it is still very silented.
I see You.
I am one of them.

💛 I also feel more and more in my power, in my truth
Even if the holidays are trying to pull back the old skin, the old thoughts and beliefs about myself, holding the old fears,
💛I feel so much courage and peace and joy in my heart
My heart thanks me for being true to myself, for growing into the real me, more and more everyday.
💛 Yes, I have lost people, and I have externally "less" but inside of me, I feel so so much better, because I am inside myself truly, fully, without apologies. I dont try anymore to fit in where I dont feel I belong. And it feels so so so good, this freedom.
Yes some people will always want a version of You that is not you anymore, and that is ok. You let them go with peace.

🙏🏻✨️💛🎄So, during this holiday season, let's remember to grow and grow and grow more the true heart of who we are 🩷

🤍🌛 Too often, when facing intensity, we tend to run away.
And our body knows, off course, when it is too much to take all at once.
🤍🌛And although the intensity scares us, it is also important to remember our feelings carry true soul message for us. For our growth, for our path of evolution and freedom.
🤍🌛 Let us not ignore the messages our feelings carry, even if it feels like grief, or sadness, or something you cannot carry by yourself.
🤍🌛Remember, you are not alone. When feelings get too intense, ask for help 🧡🧡🧡

🧡🙏🏻✨️Help can come in many ways
🫂A dear friend's ear
🫂A therapist or someone you trust to help you go through intense feelings and pass through the tunnel with light by your side
🫂Mama earth : she is always ready to support you, and carry the heavy stones you cannot carry anymore. Give back to earth what is not for You anymore
🫂Sky and Sea talk to them about your feelings

What if all that pressure, beating in the rythm of my heart, pulsating, is actually
Leading me to birth?

Birthing, in the process of birth
In, out, in, out,
Attracting, retracting
Opening, closing
Dancing
Releasing

What if I am birthing something totally new,
That I don't know yet?

Yet, I feel it.
Yet, I hear it.
Yet I know it.
I hear the light and the flame in the dark
I, in the corridor of dark
Am the light
Searching

Mother Earth is indeed a great bodhisattva. Not only does she have the capacity to heal herself but she can help us heal ourselves if we know how to take refuge in her. If we truly believe in the planet’s power to heal herself, we know she can also heal us. We can have faith in Mother Earth because she is not an abstract idea but something very concrete, something very real and tangible. We can feel her solidity under our feet; we can see her majesty in high mountain peaks and lakes, in the vast blue sky, winding rivers and deep oceans. If we know how to take refuge in Mother Earth, we can experience healing through sitting, walking or simply by breathing. We don’t have to do anything at all. Just surrender ourselves to Mother Earth and she will do everything for us. We are the Earth. The Earth is us. Allow this process to happen by itself.
Breathing in, Mother Earth is breathing in with me.
Breathing out, Mother Earth is breathing out with me.
