On today; the 10th of June, 2024, the office of District Six, Nimba County represented by the Administrative Assistant (William Salapeh) and HR (Mark Yeah Cooper), including the head of National Disaster Management Agency of Nimba County Branch, Mr. Mark James, visited Beatuo, Kparnblee Administrative District, District Six, Nimba County where few days ago ( June 6 2024) over forty seven houses including the school buildings were severely damaged by a heavy storm.

This special visitation was to collect data of victims' properties by Mr. Mark James who is responsible for such situation and an initiate contributions of fifty bags of rice and fifty thousand Liberian dollars ( 50,000 Ld ) were presented by the office of Hon. Gleekia to the victims.

Upon receiving the donation, the victims sincerely applauded Hon. Gleekia for his enthusiasm towards aiding and always responding to them everytime they need him.

It's so saddened that this incident had caused the victims to lost their properties and currently becoming homeless. During the visit, Mr. Mark James of National Disaster Management Agency of Nimba County Branch promised those who were victimized that, he will make sure they be assisted by the Government of Liberia and other Donors, but they should bear some patience.
