PRESS RELEASE August 20,2026

All Liberia Coalition Party supports the government fight against drugs but Condemns the Police apparent Intimidation of Critical Voices.

The All Liberia Coalition Party (ALCOP) supports the government’s fight against drugs but condemns in the strongest terms what it describes as the Liberia National Police (LNP) apparent intimidation of critical voices calling for accountability in the ongoing fight against co***ne and other illicit drugs.

ALCOP describes the Liberia National Police’s invitation of Gbarpolu County’s Senator Amara M. Konneh; one of the most vocal advocates for an independent investigation into the country’s drug-related challenges, as an apparent attempt to silence individuals who are demanding transparency and accountability from the police.

ALCOP further expresses concern that the Police actions could create the perception of secrecy.

The party called on the Police to ensure that the fight against drugs is conducted fairly, transparently, and without political intimidation.

ALCOP promises to defend the constitutional rights of every Liberian to speak out, seek accountability, and demand answers from the police regarding its handling of the fight against illicit drugs in Liberia.

ALCOP cautioned the Liberia National Police to focus more on investigating drugs dealers than focusing its attention on critics and political voices; a move that may divert its goal of pursuing drug dealers and those responsible for the trafficking and distribution of illicit substances.

The All Liberia Coalition Party therefore calls on the Police to prioritize the prosecution of drug traffickers, strengthen independent investigations, protect whistleblowers and critical voices, and provide the Liberian people with clear and credible information about efforts to combat the country’s growing drug problem.

The All Liberia Coalition Party remains committed to democratic accountability, the rule of law, and the protection of the rights of every Liberian to question government actions and demand transparency.

Signed: ALCOP’S LEADERSHIP!

VINDICATED! CHAIRMAN ANSU V.S. DULLEH SR. CLEARED OF ALL ALLEGATIONS BY LACC

Monrovia, Liberia – The Executive Committee and entire membership of the All Liberian Coalition Party (ALCOP) wish to express our profound gratitude and joy following the official clearance of our esteemed National Chairman, Hon. Ansu V.S. Dulleh Sr., by the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC).

According to a Clearance Certificate issued on February 3, 2026, with Case Reference No. 00583, the LACC has concluded its investigation into allegations of financial improprieties and procurement fraud at the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA). Following a thorough examination, the Commission stated clearly that "there is no probable cause to pursue legal criminal proceedings," confirming that "no charges have been filed, and the case has been closed."

This victory is not just a personal vindication for Chairman Dulleh Sr.; it is a triumph for due process, truth, and the rule of law in Liberia. Throughout this ordeal, Chairman Dulleh remained steadfast in his commitment to serving the people, demonstrating the resilience, integrity, and transparent leadership that ALCOP represents.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the community, our party stalwarts, and all well-meaning Liberians who stood by the truth and refused to prejudge this matter. Your unwavering support and prayers have sustained us during this period.

This clearance reaffirms that ALCOP remains the party of choice for Liberians who value integrity and honest leadership. We are more united than ever and move forward stronger, ready to continue our mission of rescuing Liberia from the grips of poverty and corruption.

Congratulations, Chairman Dulleh! On to greater victories!
