Ms. Holder is a resident of Youth Camp Community, Electoral District #1, Montserrado County, and brings to the Movement an educational background in health and a strong commitment to community engagement and women’s participation.

She holds a Diploma in Laboratory Assistance from Lomour School of Health and is a graduate of Frank E. Tolbert High School, Bentonville City.

In her new capacity as Women’s Coordinator, Ms. Holder will work to organize, mobilize, and empower women across Electoral District #1, while promoting their meaningful participation in the programs, activities, and leadership objectives of the Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement.

The National Leadership is confident that Ms. Holder will bring dedication, teamwork, and effective grassroots engagement to her new responsibility. Ms. Wegee is a junior student at the University of Liberia, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, with a minor in Public Administration. Her academic background, leadership potential, organizational skills, and commitment to public service make her a valuable addition to the leadership structure of the Movement.

As Secretary General, Ms. Wegee will play an important role in strengthening the administrative operations of the District #13 Chapter, coordinating communications, maintaining organizational records, supporting membership mobilization, and working closely with district leadership to advance the objectives and programs of the Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement.

The Leadership of the Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement (BOREMO) is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. David Quaye Nagbe as National Spokesperson of the Movement.

Mr. Nagbe is a Liberian public administrator, procurement, logistics, and supply-chain practitioner, communications professional, and community leader with experience in public administration, legislative affairs, strategic communication, youth leadership, civic engagement, and stakeholder relations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the United Methodist University (UMU) and a professional Certificate in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Gonet Academy. His professional interests and expertise encompass public-sector governance, procurement and contract management, institutional development, public policy, logistics, strategic communications, and national development.

Mr. Nagbe has gained valuable experience within legislative and public-sector environments, including his service as County Administrator in the Office of Montserrado County Senator Abraham Darius Dillon, where he demonstrated strong capacity in administrative coordination, constituency engagement, stakeholder relations, and public affairs.

As a committed youth and community leader, he has also served in several leadership capacities, including Deputy Secretary General for Public Relations of the Samuel Kanyon Doe Community Youth Association (SAKDOCYA), President of Progressive Youth for Positive Change (PYPC), and Spokesperson of the Council of Patriots Youth Wing.

In his new capacity as National Spokesperson of BOREMO, Mr. David Quaye Nagbe will be responsible for articulating the Movement’s positions, communicating its programs and activities to the Liberian public, engaging the media and stakeholders, and advancing the Movement’s message in support of the 2029 re-election of His Excellency President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr.

The National Leadership is confident that Mr. Nagbe’s background in public administration, communications, civic engagement, leadership, and public affairs will add significant value to the Movement as it expands its national outreach and mobilization efforts.

The Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement (BOREMO) is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Beyan Jeffery Kollie as Youth Coordinator of Electoral District #11, Montserrado County.

Mr. Kollie is a student of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University, where he is pursuing studies in Public Administration. He is a resident of Riverview Community, Upper Caldwell, Electoral District #11, Montserrado County, and has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth leadership, community development, advocacy, and public service.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kollie has served as Youth Secretary General of Riverview Community, Upper Caldwell, and as Assistant Secretary General of the Caldwell Township Youth Leadership under District #11. Through these leadership responsibilities, he has gained practical experience in youth mobilization, community organizing, advocacy, promoting unity, and engaging community stakeholders on issues affecting young people.

His appointment reflects the confidence of the leadership of the Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement in his ability to provide effective leadership and mobilize young people across Electoral District #11.

As District #11 Youth Coordinator, Mr. Kollie will be responsible for helping to build a strong, inclusive, disciplined, and well-organized youth structure, while encouraging meaningful youth participation, peaceful political engagement, responsible citizenship, and community development.

MR. MICKEY GARMONGAR KWOI APPOINTED DISTRICT #11 COORDINATOR — MONTSERRADO COUNTY

The Boakai 2029 Re-Election Movement (BOREMO) is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Mickey Garmongar Kwoi as District #11 Coordinator, Montserrado County.

Mr. Kwoi brings to this important assignment a combination of academic preparation, leadership experience, community service, and organizational capacity. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering at the University of Liberia, College of Engineering, and has also obtained professional training and certificates in construction and computer applications.

His leadership experience includes serving as Secretary General of the Monrovia District Young Adult Fellowship, where he previously served as Assistant Secretary. He has also served as Chairperson on Finance and Co-Chairperson on Planning and Operations at John Jackson Powell Memorial United Methodist Church.

Mr. Kwoi’s experience further includes service as an Enumerator during Liberia’s 2022 National Population and Housing Census, teaching, volunteer leadership, and an internship with Koko’s Build Construction Company.

As District #11 Coordinator, Mr. Kwoi is expected to provide effective leadership, strengthen grassroots mobilization, expand the Movement’s organizational structure, and work with supporters and stakeholders toward the successful re-election of His Excellency President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr. in 2029.

The National Leadership of the Boakai 2029 – Re-Election Movement (BOREMO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Raphael E. Woods Jr. as Mobilization Chairman, District #8 Chapter, Montserrado County.

Mr. Woods Jr. is a Junior Student of the University of Liberia, where he is currently pursuing studies in Environmental Science. He has demonstrated a strong interest in community engagement, leadership, organization, and public service.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Woods Jr. served as a Polling Officer with the National Elections Commission (NEC), gaining valuable experience in electoral processes, voter engagement, and the administration of democratic activities.

He is also a certificate holder in Hospitality Management and Professionalism, with additional training and experience in Office Assistance, Front Desk Operations, and Bartending.

Mr. Woods Jr. previously served as Manager of Club 224 and currently serves as Manager of Showroom Entertainment Center, where he continues to demonstrate organizational and managerial capabilities.

In his new capacity as Mobilization Chairman for the Boakai 2029 – Re-Election Movement, District #8 Chapter, Montserrado County, Mr. Woods Jr. will be responsible for supporting grassroots mobilization, coordinating supporters, strengthening community engagement, encouraging participation, and advancing the objectives of the Movement within District #8.

Mr. Warner is a resident of Caldwell, Electoral District #11, Montserrado County, and currently serves as Chairman of the Concerned Community in Caldwell. His community leadership, educational background, professional experience, and commitment to public service have distinguished him as a capable individual to serve in this important capacity.

He is a graduate of Buchanan Street AG, located around Carey and Broad Streets, Monrovia. In 2022, he earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Management from the University of Liberia. He further obtained an Associate Degree in Pharmacy Technician from the Dr. Arthur S. Lewis Memorial Institute in 2025.

Mr. Warner is a licensed Pharmacy Technician and currently works at Bensonville Hospital, bringing valuable professional and community-based experience to his new assignment.

As District #11 Coordinator, Mr. Warner is expected to provide effective leadership and coordination, strengthen grassroots engagement, mobilize supporters, promote unity, and advance the objectives and re-election agenda of His Excellency President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr. toward the 2029 Presidential Elections.

President Boakai’s Leadership Signals a New Era of Decisive and Purpose-Driven Governance in Liberia

For far too long, Liberians have yearned for leadership capable of moving the nation beyond inertia and toward a future defined by purpose, discipline, and meaningful transformation. Under the leadership of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr., that aspiration is increasingly being met with a governing approach anchored in decisiveness, deliberation, and a clear sense of national direction.

President Boakai’s leadership is emerging as a defining chapter in Liberia’s ongoing pursuit of institutional and structural transformation. Through both words and actions, the President has demonstrated the tenacity to confront longstanding systemic challenges and the political fortitude required to pursue difficult reforms.
