Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of hope and reverence as we lift up the nation of Liberia in prayer. As Liberia enters her RunOff presidential election on this sacred day, we ask for Your divine guidance and blessings to be upon her people and the entire electoral process.

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of democracy, where voices can be heard, and choices can be made. We pray that You would grant wisdom, discernment, and clarity to the Liberian citizens as they go out to the polls to exercise their right to vote. May each individual be led by their conscience and make choices that align with the greater good of the nation.

In the face of this crucial election, we implore You to infuse the hearts of all Liberians with a spirit of unity, respect, and peace. Help them rise above any differences, political affiliations, or personal biases that may divide them. Let love for their country and fellow citizens prevail over any animosity or hostility. Grant them the grace to engage in constructive dialogue, fostering an atmosphere of understanding and cooperation.

Lord, we ask for protection over the entire electoral process. Safeguard the integrity of the voting system, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability at every stage. May the electoral officials carry out their duties with honesty and integrity, upholding the values of justice and equality. Shield Liberia from any form of interference, manipulation, or violence that may seek to disrupt the peace and stability of the nation.

Dear God, we pray for the candidates vying for leadership in Liberia. Grant them humility, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve the people with sincerity and dedication. Kindle in their hearts a deep sense of responsibility towards the welfare and progress of the nation. May their campaigns be conducted in a spirit of respect, devoid of slander, defamation, or any form of harm.

As the people of Liberia exercise their democratic right, we ask for Your divine intervention in the outcome of this election. May the leader who is best equipped to guide Liberia towards prosperity, harmony, and justice emerge victorious. This editorial aims to shed light on their shady tactics, explore their deceptions, and their moral bankruptcy question their socalled loyalty to the people of Lofa.

1. Initial Opposition:
During the first round of the elections, the leaders of Unity Party in Lofa County vehemently disagreed with President Weah's policies and governance approach. They consistently criticized the president, creating an image that they were standing in the best interest of the citizens of Lofa. Amb. Boakai would have sold the only Lofa treasure, the Wologizi Mountain during Ellen Administration. It was by brave men and women of Lofa who stood up to challenge the idea. They were attributing their action to the pavement of Lofa road.
