Good afternoon to the people of Sunshine and Happiness.
Through the help of Senator James P. Biney, I paid a profitable visit to President Joseph N. Boaka. In collaboration with Sen. Biney, We pointed out the Renovation of the Harper City Hall and our request was being accepted by President Boakai.
Next week agents from the Ministry of public works ( MPW) will be in Harper to assess the Hall.
