කාන්තා ව්යාපාරිකත්වය හා නායකත්ව සංවර්ධන මධ්යස්ථානය (CeWELD), ශ්රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තා ව්යාපාරිකයින් සවිබලගැන්වීමට කැපවූ විශ්වවිද්යාල අධ්යාපනඥයින් සහ කර්මාන්ත විශේෂඥයින් එක්ව 2024 නොවැම්බර් 1 වන දින ආරම්භ කරන ලදී.
ලාභ අරමුණු කර නොගෙන ක්රියාත්මක වන CeWELD ආයතනය කාන්තා ව්යාපාරිකයින්ට අධ්යාපන, උපදේශන සහ පුහුණු වැඩසටහන් හරහා අභියෝග ජය ගැනීමට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ කුඩා ව්යාපාර වර්ධනය කර ගැනීමට අවශ්ය සියලුම සහය ලබාදීමට කැපවී ඇත.
The Centre for Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Development (CeWELD) was inaugurated on November 1, 2024, uniting university academics and industry experts with a shared commitment to uplifting women entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka.
As a not-for-profit organization, CeWELD is dedicated to empowering women in business by offering tailored education, consultancy, and training programs, providing vital support to help them overcome challenges and grow their small businesses.
