Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student and immigration visa processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the visa application process for student, PR, and other migration pathways.
• Assess client eligibility and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and immigration policies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, universities, and migration authorities.
• Mentor and support junior consultants in case management and client handling.
• Contribute to business growth by generating leads and assisting in marketing initiatives.
• Handle complex or sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Law, Business, or related fields).
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and application procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
