‏📌 استقبل الرئيس جوزاف عون وزير الأشغال العامة والنقل فايز رسامني ورئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة CMA CGM السيد رودولف سعادة ورئيس مجلس إدارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت مروان نفّي، و المدير الإقليمي للمجموعة السيد جو دقاق:

‏🔹إطلاق مشروع توسعة محطة الحاويات في مرفأ بيروت ينعكس على مجمل الاقتصاد اللبناني، من خلال تسهيل حركة التجارة والاستيراد والتصدير، وتعزيز تنافسية لبنان، وجذب الاستثمارات وخلق فرص عمل جديدة.

🔹إعادة تعزيز دور المرفأ تشكّل جزءًا أساسياً من استعادة لبنان لموقعه الاقتصادي واللوجستي في المنطقة، ومن جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات وخلق فرص جديدة للاقتصاد اللبناني.

📌President of the Republic Joseph Aoun on Friday received Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny, CMA CGM Chairman and CEO Rodolphe Saadé, Beirut Port Management and Investment Committee Chairman Marwan Naffi, and CMA CGM Regional Director Joe Daccache.

🔹During the meeting, Aoun stressed the economic significance of the newly launched Beirut Port container terminal expansion project, saying it would benefit the broader Lebanese economy by facilitating trade, imports and exports, strengthening Lebanon’s competitiveness, attracting investment and creating new job opportunities.

🔹The president emphasized that reinforcing Beirut Port’s role is a key component of Lebanon’s efforts to restore its economic and logistics position in the region.

🔹President Aoun added that strengthening the port would help attract further investment and generate new opportunities for the Lebanese economy.

📌Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny, at the groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of the container terminal at the Port of Beirut:

🔹 “Today, we are not merely expanding a container terminal. We are strengthening Beirut Port’s position as a strategic hub in the Eastern Mediterranean and restoring Lebanon’s place on the regional transport and trade map.”

🔹 The expansion will nearly double the terminal’s footprint from around 45 to 80 hectares and raise its handling capacity to 3 million containers, moving our vision for Beirut Port from planning to implementation.

🔹 Investing in Lebanon today is more than a commercial decision, it is a vote of confidence. CMA CGM’s investment reflects confidence in Lebanon’s potential and future.

🔹 Our ambition is clear: a modern, efficient Beirut Port operating 24/7, in line with the highest security and safety standards.

🔹 Our strategy goes beyond the port. We are building an integrated transport network connecting Lebanon’s ports, airport, roads, railways and land crossings , turning the country’s strategic Mediterranean location into tangible economic value.

📌 The Ministry of Public Works and Transport continues to expand road rehabilitation and maintenance works across South Lebanon, with progress being made along several routes in the districts of Nabatieh and Sidon, as part of the Ministry’s plan to improve the road network and address areas requiring intervention.

🔹 In Zawtar al-Gharbieh, Nabatieh District, pothole repairs have begun within the designated pilot areas, while rehabilitation works continue along the Abba–Mghayriqa road, including road repairs, preparation works and the resurfacing of targeted sections.

🔹 In Sidon District, paving and rehabilitation works are continuing along the Sarafand–Secondary School and Husseiniyeh roads, as well as the Baysariyeh–Qaaqaiyet al-Snoubar road and in Maamariyeh, with works encompassing the repair and preparation of damaged sections and their subsequent resurfacing.

🔹 At Al-Shamsiyeh Bridge, located on the international coastal highway in the Aaqbiyeh area, structural rehabilitation works are progressing, including concrete and reinforcement works and the completion of sections of the structure, with the aim of rehabilitating the bridge and enhancing its safety.

🔹 Works are also continuing along the Sidon–Borj Rahhal international highway, including road marking works and the installation of reflective road studs. Meanwhile, works remain underway along the Zahrani–Nabatieh international highway, encompassing road markings and the implementation of public safety measures, alongside sidewalk works at hazardous intersections.

🔹 These works form part of an ongoing program to rehabilitate the road network across South Lebanon. Works will continue progressively at the targeted locations, contributing to enhanced road safety and improved mobility between towns and communities.

📌تواصل وزارة الأشغال العامة والنقل توسيع ورش تأهيل وصيانة الطرق في الجنوب، مع تقدّم الأعمال في عدد من المحاور في قضائي النبطية وصيدا، ضمن خطة الوزارة لتحسين شبكة الطرق ومعالجة النقاط التي تحتاج إلى تدخل.

🔹في زوطر الغربية في قضاء النبطية، بدأت أعمال ترميم الجور ضمن المناطق التجريبية، فيما تتواصل أعمال التأهيل على طريق عبا – المغريقة، بما يشمل معالجة الطريق وتجهيزه وإعادة تزفيت المقاطع المستهدفة.

🔹وفي قضاء صيدا، تتواصل أعمال التزفيت والتأهيل على طريق الصرفند – طريق الثانوية وطريق الحسينية، إضافة إلى طريق البيسارية – قعقعية الصنوبر والمعمارية، حيث تشمل الورش معالجة المقاطع المتضررة وتجهيزها وإعادة تزفيتها.

🔹أما على جسر الشمسية على الأوتوستراد الدولي (الطريق البحرية)، في محلة العاقبية، فتتقدم أعمال إعادة التأهيل الإنشائي، وتشمل تنفيذ الأعمال الخرسانية والتسليح واستكمال أجزاء المنشأ، بما يهدف إلى إعادة تأهيل الجسر وتعزيز سلامته.

🔹كما تتواصل الأعمال على الأوتوستراد الدولي صيدا – برج رحال، وتشمل أعمال الدهان وتركيب عيون القطط، فيما تستمر الأعمال على الأوتوستراد الدولي الزهراني – النبطية، وتشمل تخطيط الطريق وتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة العامة، إلى جانب أعمال الأرصفة عند التقاطعات الخطرة.

🔹هذه الورش تأتي ضمن برنامج متواصل لتأهيل شبكة الطرق في الجنوب، على أن تُستكمل الأعمال تباعاً، �

📌تعلن وزارة الأشغال العامة والنقل أن أعمال تعبيد وتزفيت وتأهيل طريق الحازمية – ضهر البيدر – شتورة انطلقت صباح اليوم السبت في 5 أيلول 2026، في المواقع الآتية:

🔹من محول حمّانا ولغاية حاجز الدرك.
🔹من هدوان ولغاية مفرق قب الياس.

وتذكّر الوزارة بإجراءات السير المعتمدة خلال فترة تنفيذ الأشغال:

🔹من بيروت إلى البقاع: تُحوّل حركة السير من محول صوفر باتجاه ترشيش – زحلة عبر طريق صوفر القديم – حمّانا، من الساعة الخامسة فجرًا حتى الرابعة والنصف عصرًا.

🔹من البقاع إلى بيروت: تبقى حركة السير طبيعية عبر شتورة – ضهر البيدر – المديرج – صوفر.

🔹الشاحنات وشاحنات النقل والبيك آب: يُمنع مرورها في الاتجاهين نهارًا، ويُسمح بمرورها من الساعة الخامسة والنصف عصرًا حتى الخامسة فجرًا.

🔹وتدعو الوزارة المواطنين وسائقي المركبات إلى التقيد بإرشادات عناصر قوى الأمن الداخلي والإشارات الموضوعة في مواقع الأشغال، حفاظًا على السلامة العامة وتأمين انسيابية حركة السير.

📌 عقد وزير الأشغال العامة والنقل فايز رسامني اجتماعًا موسعًا مع متعهدي الوزارة، في حضور المسؤولين والمعنيين في الوزارة، وذلك في إطار التحضيرات المبكرة لموسم الشتاء ورفع مستوى الجهوزية على مختلف الأراضي اللبنانية.

🔹 وتناول الاجتماع خطة الاستعداد لموسم الشتاء، ولا سيما أعمال تنظيف وتأهيل الطرقات والأقنية والمجاري ومصارف مياه الأمطار، والتأكد من جهوزيتها قبل بدء موسم الأمطار، بما يساهم في الحد من مخاطر تجمع المياه والسيول وانقطاع الطرقات.
🔹 واستمع رسامني إلى مطالب المتعهدين وملاحظاتهم حول سير العمل والمشكلات التي تواجههم، إضافة إلى الملفات التي تحتاج إلى متابعة وتسريع ضمن الأطر القانونية والإدارية، بما يساهم في تسهيل تنفيذ الأعمال وضمان استمرارية أعمال الصيانة والجهوزية المطلوبة.
🔹 كما أعطى الوزير توجيهاته إلى الإدارات المعنية والمتعهدين بضرورة الإسراع في تنفيذ الأعمال المطلوبة، وتأمين الجهوزية الميدانية الكاملة للفرق والآليات، وتعزيز التنسيق مع المديريات الإقليمية، بما يتيح التدخل السريع لمعالجة أي طارئ أو مشكلة على الأرض.
🔹 وفي هذا الإطار، شدد رسامني على «اعتماد المعالجة الاستباقية للمواقع والنقاط الحرجة التي قد تشهد مشاكل خلال موسم الشتاء، وإنجاز أعمال تنظيفها وصيانتها قبل هطول الأمطار، بما يساهم في الحد من الأضرار وتأمين سلامة المواطنين والحفاظ على استمرارية حركة السير على الطرقات».

🤝 والتقى الوزير رسامني النائب نديم الجميّل، بحضور وفد من نقابة الصيادين، وجرى البحث في أوضاع الصيادين ومطالبهم والملفات المرتبطة بقطاع الصيد البحري.

🤝 كما عرض رسامني مع النائب رائد برّو شؤونًا إنمائية مناطقية.

🤝 والتقى وفدًا من بلدية إبل السقي، حيث جرى البحث في الأوضاع الخدماتية والإنمائية التي تعنى بها الوزارة.

🤝 واستقبل رسامني مساءً في مكتبه رئيس بلدية ضبية – زوق الخراب – عوكر – حارة البلانة، المهندس نبيه طعمة، يرافقه وفد من البلدية، حيث جرى البحث في عدد من المواضيع الإنمائية والخدماتية، ولا سيما تلك المرتبطة بالبنى التحتية والطرق في المنطقة.

🤝 كما استقبل سيلفيو شيحا، وكان اللقاء مناسبة لبحث عدد من المواضيع ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

📌استقبل وزير الأشغال العامة والنقل فايز رسامني في مكتبه سفير لبنان لدى روسيا الاتحادية بشير عزام، ووفدًا من البنك الدولي ومؤسسة التمويل الدولية (IFC)، ضمّ المسؤول الإقليمي المغادر في المؤسسة خواجة أفتاب أحمد، والمدير الجديد الذي سيتولى مهامه خلفًا له توماس جاكوبس، ومدير مجموعة البنك الدولي في لبنان إنريكي بلانكو أرماس.

🔹وبحث رسامني مع السفير عزام العلاقات اللبنانية–الروسية وسبل تطوير التعاون في المجالات المرتبطة بعمل الوزارة.

🔹كما تناول اللقاء مع وفد البنك الدولي وIFC المشاريع التي يمكن للمؤسسة دعمها أو تمويلها في لبنان، ولا سيما مشاريع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص (PPP)، وسبل تعزيز التعاون في مشاريع النقل والبنى التحتية والاستفادة من الخبرات الفنية والتمويلية التي توفرها مؤسسات مجموعة البنك الدولي.

📌 Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny received Lebanon’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation Bachir Azzam and a delegation from the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) at his office.

🔹The delegation included outgoing IFC Regional Manager Khawaja Aftab Ahmed, his successor Thomas Jacobs, and World Bank Group Country Manager for Lebanon Enrique Blanco Armas.

🔹 Rasamny and Azzam reviewed Lebanese-Russian relations and ways to further develop cooperation in areas falling within the Ministry’s remit.

🔹 In his meeting with the World Bank and IFC delegation, Rasamny reviewed projects that could benefit from IFC support or financing in Lebanon, particularly public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The talks also focused on strengthening cooperation on transport and infrastructure projects and leveraging the technical and financial expertise available through World Bank Group institutions.
