Our Mission

Fair Fashion Laos in partnership with Fashion Revolution aims to further enhance the development and economy of ethnic villages and the overall Lao community by helping promote Made in Lao products. This opportunity will build awareness to empower and educate our youth and ethnic minority groups in order to aid in creating unity within the developing apparel and handicraft industry of Lao.

Fashion Revolution is a global movement in 100 countries that runs all year round. We have created a worldwide platform which we can all use to ask questions, raise standards and set an industry-wide example of what better looks like.

Fashion Revolution wants to ignite change in the way mass-manufactured and fast fashion clothes are sourced, produced and purchased. We aim to educate and motivate individuals on the benefits of slow, ethical, eco-friendly garment making and fashion. We believe transparency is the first step to transform the industry, and it starts with one simple question: who made my clothes? Join us by showing your clothing label and asking brands #whomademyclothes, to show that you also care for the people who make our clothes. We want brands to respond by showing us the people in their supply chain with the hashtag #imadeyourclothes. We want to see the faces and hear the stories from thousands of makers, farmers and producers, and see an increasing number of brands make their supply chains more transparent.
