ພ້ອມກັບນ້ອງໆທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດ 18 ຄົນ, ຕະຫຼອດເກືອບ 2 ເດືອນທີ່ຜ່ານມາພວກເຮົາທີມງານ Blooming ໄດ້ມີການຂົນເອົາ ປະສົບການຕົວຈິງ ແລະ ບົດຮຽນມາແບ່ງປັນທັງໝົດ 6 ບົດຮຽນໄດ້ແກ່: ການຕັ້ງເປົ້າໝາຍ ແລະ ການບໍລິຫານເວລາ, ການຄິດວິເຄາະຢ່າງມີວິຈາລະນະຍານ, ການຊອກຫາວຽກ, ການຂຽນ CV, ການສື່ສານ ແລະ ສ້າງຄວາມໝັ້ນໃຈ, ແລະ ການສໍາພາດວຽກ, ເຊິ່ງມີການຈັດຂຶ້ນເປັນເວລາ 3 ມື້: 14,15 & 21 ເດືອນທັນວາທີ່ຜ່ານມາ ແລະ ມີການໃຫ້ເວລາ 1 ເດືອນໃນການໃຫ້ນ້ອງໆໄປໃຊ້ທັກສະທີ່ໄດ້ຮຽນຜ່ານມາໃນຕົວຈິງ.

ມາຮອດຕອນນີ້, ພວກເຮົາທີມ Blooming ຈາກໂຄງການ Lao Women’s Empowerment Project, ຂໍຂອບໃຈມາຍັງຜູ້ໃຫ້ທຶນກໍຄື MMP ທີ່ເຮັດໃຫ້ພວກເຮົາສາມາດເຮັດຕາມຄວາມຕັ້ງໃຈຈົນສໍາເລັດ ແລະ ໄດ້ມອບປະສົບການທີ່ດີທີ່ສຸດໃຫ້ແກ່ພວກເຮົາ, ລວມທັງຂອບໃຈມາຍັງນ້ອງໆທີ່ຢູ່ນໍາກັນມາຕັ້ງແຕ່ຕົ້ນຈົນຈົບ, ນ້ອງໆເກັ່ງຫຼາຍຈົນພວກເອື້ອຍປະທັບໃຈແບບສຸດໆ 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

Finally, our small project has come to an end after almost 2 months of operation with 18 Female students. For almost 2 months.🎉

we, the Blooming team, have been sharing our real-life experiences and lessons learned in 6 lessons: goal setting and time management, critical thinking, job searching, CV writing, communication and confidence building, and job interviews. The course was held over 3 days: 14, 15 & 21 December, and we were given 1 month to put the skills we had learned into practice.

We found that the participants were very enthusiastic and ready to learn. They were able to do well both during the activities and when they went to learn outside the classroom. It was a great experience for both the participants and the trainer.

On the last day, we had a direct conversation and exchange of ideas, which allowed us to feel the sincerity and determination of our girls. In addition, there are lessons learned from the past and stories about the journey that has not been easy for them but has been successful so far, which is an experience that is very difficult to forget.

So far, we, the Blooming team from the Lao Women’s Empowerment Project, would like to thank the donor, MMP, for allowing us to follow our intentions until the end and giving us the best experience, as well as the sisters who have been with us from the beginning to the end, they are so good that we are very impressed.

However, this step is just our first journey. In the future, there will be new activities in any form. Please give us encouragement to Blooming and our 18 participants.

Let we show you the 3rd day atmosphere of the training (last day of the training) on 21/12/2024 on the topic: Communication & Building Confidence, and Job Interview.

Due to the topics of today training are very new and exciting for many participants, especially the topic of Job Interview. However, everyone did their best to share and learn together with the trainer that created fun-filled atmosphere.
