This country…..(poem)

This country ,
it’s not only my homeland,
it is my safety,,,,,
In its air I found every breath I needed to live,
I found strength and courage in its sunshine.🌞
Sometimes the fierce noise of war,
Sometimes the roar of floodwaters,
Sometimes there are cries of famine—
yet this country is mine.
The dream of freedom born on a terrible black night,
Those who gave their lives to fulfill that dream,💭
Every moment of this country seems to be spread out within their memories.
The smell of the earth here,
the fragrance of flowers,
the chirping of birds—
all are like the colors of a vast canvas,
Where the picture of my existence is painted.
When I walk on this ground,
it feels like the whole world is beneath my feet,
the deep melody of all life.
This country gave me a language,
a culture,
an identity—
which set me apart from the rest of the world.🌎
If you want to know,
Where is my country,
Then look at that green field,
That blue sky,
Those people of infinite love.❤️
This country is mine,
not just mine,
it belongs to all of us.
Our dreams,
our hopes,
our future.
